Property Manager has horrible customer service. They tell you one thing and don't hold true to their word. They charge you for anything and everything they can as if the apartments aren't already expensive enough for what they are. If there is an issue, it's difficult to resolve it unless you go in in person since they are horrible at answering emails or phone calls. I was in a more

Good Apartment, But the walls are very thin you can hear anything your neighbor is doing. The hole ways are not always clean and sometimes suffocating. The apartment is very wide and has lost of room for furniture and decoration which is very nice. Safety is good but there has been some incidents recently where several parked cars window was broken. The maintenance is good if you need small more

I wanted to write a review because I have lived at the Brittanys for just coming up on a year in one of the apartments. I have loved my apartment as it has a lot of space and I especially love having my own washer and dryer! When my lease was coming up for renewal my boyfriend and I thought we would move in together and wanted more space. I really didn't want to move. So initially we went more

Overall: This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. In addition they are not part of the Better Business Bureau. Noise: You can hear your neighbors play video games, music, phone calls, sex, tv, chopping vegetables. Grounds: The grounds are maintained well by privately hired crews who do excellent work. However, there is often overflow of trash, not enough space for recycling, cigaret more

Been awhile since I lived there but since I'm moving across the country and looking for apartments myself I figured I should write some reviews from my past rentals. I enjoyed my year at Timberland Heights and overall the pros weighed out the cons for me. Please take into account that I was a college student at the time, and this place was great for my and my roommates' more

The apartment itself was in good shape. It had brand new carpet when we moved in which was nice. Management was very approachable and easy to deal with and maintenance was quick and pain free. As long as you pay rent on time and don't cause any problems they will take care of you. more

Sunset Trails, like the name implies, is where people go to die. Imagine the strictest gated community in the world, and then double that. Sun City for seniors where my Father lives is less strict. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM. In the summer it is not even dark by 9 pm. Forget about swimming before work or at night. Tenants are given one locker in the garage and that is it. more

Avalon Cove townhouses were built as rentals with a high turnover rate. Pros: Good location Looks nice and lots of room W/D in unit and garage. Cons: 1. Minnesota is cold and you pay for the heating and cooling. It costs a lot to heat these townhouses because they are extremely inefficient. They have single pane windows to let in the cold. They put 20 foot vaulted ceilings upstairs, which basic more

We moved into a brand new unit and there were defects in the construction from the day we moved in which were never fixed for the whole year we were here. The construction overall is of the cheapest materials down to the paint on the walls. Management was unresponsive to requests to address concerns as well as being rude and abrasive. Pool hours are atrocious. 9pm is way too early to close the more
