Good Apartment, But the walls are very thin you can hear anything your neighbor is doing. The hole ways are not always clean and sometimes suffocating. The apartment is very wide and has lost of room for furniture and decoration which is very nice. Safety is good but there has been some incidents recently where several parked cars window was broken. The maintenance is good if you need small more

I wanted to write a review because I have lived at the Brittanys for just coming up on a year in one of the apartments. I have loved my apartment as it has a lot of space and I especially love having my own washer and dryer! When my lease was coming up for renewal my boyfriend and I thought we would move in together and wanted more space. I really didn't want to move. So initially we went more

Timberland Heights Apartments

Been awhile since I lived there but since I'm moving across the country and looking for apartments myself I figured I should write some reviews from my past rentals. I enjoyed my year at Timberland Heights and overall the pros weighed out the cons for me. Please take into account that I was a college student at the time, and this place was great for my and my roommates' more

The Villages at Essex Park

This is a decent if overpriced place, with some good and bad aspects. I'll start with the bad, since some of them may be a deal breaker for you. CONS: - Crime! Lots of news reports lately have highlighted crime in NW Rochester, and this complex had a drive-by shooting with bullets through someone's bedroom window in February 2015! I also got a strange letter notifying residents about more

The Gates of Rochester (formerly Rochester Village)

The apartment itself was in good shape. It had brand new carpet when we moved in which was nice. Management was very approachable and easy to deal with and maintenance was quick and pain free. As long as you pay rent on time and don't cause any problems they will take care of you. more

Sunset Trail Apartments

3625 41st Street NW, Rochester, MN 55901

Sunset Trails, like the name implies, is where people go to die. Imagine the strictest gated community in the world, and then double that. Sun City for seniors where my Father lives is less strict. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM. In the summer it is not even dark by 9 pm. Forget about swimming before work or at night. Tenants are given one locker in the garage and that is it. more

Heritage Manor Apartments

2409 Highway 52 N, Rochester, MN 55901

Here's the deal: If you're looking for a high-end apartment complex with lots of extras and the most updated interiors, Heritage Manor isn't for you. If you're looking for a basic starter apartment at a good value, Heritage Manor is perfect. We have a two bedroom, one bath in the community, on the ground floor. The kitchen is a little small for two, but you can make it work. more

Avalon Cove

Avalon Cove Lane, Rochester, MN 55901

02/28/15 by goodbyeorlando:
Avalon Cove townhouses were built as rentals with a high turnover rate. Pros: Good location Looks nice and lots of room W/D in unit and garage. Cons: 1. Minnesota is cold and you pay for the heating and cooling. It costs a lot to heat these townhouses because they are extremely inefficient. They have single pane windows to let in the cold. They put 20 foot vaulted ceilings upstairs, which basic more

Quarry Ridge Apartments

1823 Quarry Ridge Place Northwest, Rochester, MN 55901

We moved into a brand new unit and there were defects in the construction from the day we moved in which were never fixed for the whole year we were here. The construction overall is of the cheapest materials down to the paint on the walls. Management was unresponsive to requests to address concerns as well as being rude and abrasive. Pool hours are atrocious. 9pm is way too early to close the more
