GrandeVille at Cascade Lake

182 GrandeVille Road SW, Rochester, MN 55902

02/04/15 by TheSoundDefense:
I stayed in this apartment community for about five months, and I had a great experience here. The apartments are clean and laid out nicely with good heating and cooling, with a private garage attached to each apartment. The appliances aren't brand new but work very well, though the dishwasher left a bit of a residue on my dishes. Management is very friendly and responds to issues within a more

We lived at Brittany for 2 years and we love it. With 3 levels townhome, there's a lot of rooms for my kid to play. I never had to worry about my kid being outside because to safe and nice neighborhood. The landlord is supper nice, and helpful. I love the double attached garages. Townhome is nice, clean, and updated. more

Here's the deal: If you're looking for a high-end apartment complex with lots of extras and the most updated interiors, Heritage Manor isn't for you. If you're looking for a basic starter apartment at a good value, Heritage Manor is perfect. We have a two bedroom, one bath in the community, on the ground floor. The kitchen is a little small for two, but you can make it work. more

Summit Square

The staff here has bent over backwards to accommodate my busy work schedule and has been nothing but cordial to myself and my girlfriend when we were living here. more

Been awhile since I lived there but since I'm moving across the country and looking for apartments myself I figured I should write some reviews from my past rentals. I enjoyed my year at Timberland Heights and overall the pros weighed out the cons for me. Please take into account that I was a college student at the time, and this place was great for my and my roommates' more

Sunset Trail Apartments

3625 41st Street NW, Rochester, MN 55901

07/16/13 by Trippd11@gmail.con:
Sunset Trails, like the name implies, is where people go to die. Imagine the strictest gated community in the world, and then double that. Sun City for seniors where my Father lives is less strict. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM. In the summer it is not even dark by 9 pm. Forget about swimming before work or at night. Tenants are given one locker in the garage and that is it. more

The Villages at Essex Park

941 41st Street NW, Rochester, MN 55901

The good: The apartment itself was pretty clean and the prices are fairly reasonable compared to other places. The bad: The buildings have VERY thin walls, so you constantly hear loud TVs, doors slamming, dogs barking and babies crying. Maintenance is a joke. We had a closet door come off the rails and they came while we weren't there to "fix it". All he did was put it more

The Gates of Rochester (formerly Rochester Village)

2015 41st Street Northwest, Rochester, MN 55901

I have lived at The Gates of Rochester for almost two and a half years now. During this time, I have seen quite a bit. Some of that good, some not so good, but there are a few points that have kept me here. The price is just right, it's in a perfect location (especially for IBM workers!), I've always felt safe, the grounds are well kept and clean, and the more

Avalon Cove

Avalon Cove Lane, Rochester, MN 55901

02/28/15 by goodbyeorlando:
Avalon Cove townhouses were built as rentals with a high turnover rate. Pros: Good location Looks nice and lots of room W/D in unit and garage. Cons: 1. Minnesota is cold and you pay for the heating and cooling. It costs a lot to heat these townhouses because they are extremely inefficient. They have single pane windows to let in the cold. They put 20 foot vaulted ceilings upstairs, which basic more

Quarry Ridge Apartments

1823 Quarry Ridge Place Northwest, Rochester, MN 55901

We moved into a brand new unit and there were defects in the construction from the day we moved in which were never fixed for the whole year we were here. The construction overall is of the cheapest materials down to the paint on the walls. Management was unresponsive to requests to address concerns as well as being rude and abrasive. Pool hours are atrocious. 9pm is way too early to close the more
