Resident 2004 - 2005

5/19/2005

I have to say, I was impressed w/the size of the 2bdrm 2 1/2 bthrm townhouse and the price.Kelli ws very helpful before I signed my lease. The first month was great and the price was unbeatable. After that it all went downhill. My apt had 2 full baths and a 1/2 of bath downstairs. After only a month, I had to call maintenance for plumbing issues several times. These problems continued during the duration of my lease. Keep in mind I lived in a townhouse, but somehow there was water stain on my ceiling-downstairs..but maintenance assured me there was not a plumbing issue.

Kelli was rude, her office staff was incompetent and disrespectful. The majority of the neighbors were friendly, but as usual their were some "butt" holes.

To sum it up, you get what you pay for..If you want to live in the -------then go ahead and live here.. A couple of steps from the office, there were a gang of people hanging out on the back of pick up trucks-drinking and smoking all times of the night. Everyone blasted their music and the walls are paper thin. While taking a shower, I could hear everything happening in my neighbors bedroom.

Close to the end of my lease, 4 oclock in the morning, the neighborhood Crack Head came banging on my door. After informing him, he could not come in to use my phone-he proceeded to my neighbors house to bang on her door.

Also, a play ground was put right behind my apt..Something that should have been beneficial to the younger kids..but it was filled w/horny, weed smoking teenagers.

Nothing about this apt complex promotes safety..Maintenance barges into your apt without knocking, Kelli whines and complains about trash being on your back porch for one day, but doesn't do anything about the trash that loiters in the parking lot, at the swimming pool and around the play area...Needless to say, there were several car break ins, a couple of vandalisms---but the only thing management did was issue a notice that said to be careful and report suspicious activity to local police.

So if rude management, bugs, thin walls, no security, mold, loud music, no parking and bad plumbing is what you are looking for, then "come on down", because the "price is right". 2bdrm 2.5 bth townhouse $599-$650

Oh I almost forgot--getting out of the complex is terrible--they have been doing construction for ever--so good luck getting out.
