I lived there for almost 4 years and would not recommend it. In the beginning it was not too bad, but through the years it began to acquire a reputation. Even though cops live there, they failed to notice the drug dealers living a few doors down and all the low life traffic they attracted. But God help you if you were outside cleaning your car and played your radio a little too loud. Seemed like a lack of priority to me. I had a drug dealer living on my street, but feared reporting him because I didn't want them to know I had. There are much better places to live in Apex. If you enjoy crack whores staggering down the road at midnight, this is the place for you, if not, look somewhere else. Not to mention the horrible landscaping and the yard crew they hired that did a crappy job. Take it from an old timer that got out, you have better options. And no, management, I'm not someone who has been evicted or hasn't paid my rent on time. For what we paid to live there, we shouldn't have had to deal with the drugs and low-lives. We could've gone to a nice place in Durham and paid half the rent if that was the environment we wanted to live in.<br>Peace
