"Have been residents since 2006" It was a nice community back in 2006, the management was great and friendly, maintenance was great. 2012/2013 the management has really gone down-hill. Since 2006 Radbourne Lake Apartment's management has changed three times, the company has been bought out by Fair-Field Properties. April / May of 2013 there is very unprofessional, inexperienced staff members."Office Staff members are quitting due to the non-professionalization and changes" There are many Apartment robberies, parking lot muggers, unsafe.The wrong crowd of people has definitely taken over the community with sitting on top of cars listing to loud music and neighbors sitting in the Breeze-Way smoking drugs, unexpected knocks on the door during the night and people watching you. May 2013,my lease was up, management sent me a very nasty noticed to vacate the apartment due to re-ventilation. I asked for a transfer for 10 months, gave a $100.00 Security Deposit. The Security Deposit was taken and applied to my old address. I was told to resubmit another $100.00 to hold on an apartment. Management stated that she was going to contact me by the end of the day regarding the new lease. I have not heard back from the management, she refuse to accept my calls. Instead she had an inexperienced staff member "--------" to call my phone, to hang up in my face and didn't leave any message. "Very poor Customer Service,communication no good" Management -------- took my security deposit and decided to do as she pleased with the deposit, applying it to my old apartment that didn't have a balance and never once contacted me regarding any changes. I had contacted Duke Power and Time Warner to transfer but, it's taking management "--------" 3 weeks to complete the new lease. Every-time I call to speak with --------,Staff member "--------" tells me to hold on so that she could ask someone, she comes back to the phone and say, O -------- is typing up your lease, she will contact you when she's finished. Then she tells me, Monday morning bring in another Security Deposit because the manager applied the other Security Deposit to your May's rent which has already been paid. The first staff member "------" tried to tell me my transfer fee was $55.00. I had to tell her, when you transfer, there is no fee. She then said, your application fee. I had to explain to her, there is no fee to transfer about 6 times. Then she said, the $55.00 was to update my information in their system. "O My Goodness, how unprofessional the new staff member are at Radbourne Lake Apartments" This is a shame!!! "Please God send the PROFESSIONAL staff members back --- and awesome manger --------"

    Dear Valued Resident, we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced at our community. We strive to create the ideal living environment for all of our residents. We also make it a priority to treat every resident fairly and consistently. We, of course, never want to ask our residents to relocate. However, our focus is to upgrade our apartment homes with custom cabinets, designer appliances, plantation blinds and track lighting to make it a beautiful place to call your home. Unfortunately our property manager is many times busy working on ways to make this community the best it can be and unable to immediately answer a phone call. We never want you to wait for premium service. This is why we employ a professional and courteous staff able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you prefer to speak to the property manager directly, we encourage you to leave a message for them, and they will always return your call as soon as possible. Our goal is for your experience living here to be a completely positive one. We would love to further discuss your particular situation as this is not a reflection of the type of service we strive to provide. Please contact the leasing office at (704) 598-1313.
