Everything used to run smoothly, because of at least a few office people knowing how to make the property successful. I will agree that the residents and clientele have definately made a turn for the worse. The new staff doesn't really seem to know much about anything, and WMCi really seems to care only about making a dollar, not making the residents happy. Don't they realize that makes for a better business? The more residents that want to stay, the less move-outs they have. Unfortunately WMCi had to get rid of Resident Services and do away with the amenities that kept people happy. WMCi has TERRIBLE customer service, and are not to be trusted.
