      Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, as this is an integral part of our growth towards providing the best customer experience! We hate to hear that you have not had a great experience thus far, but I would love to address your concerns personally, and invite you to schedule a time we could hop on the phone, or have a meeting in our leasing office. We certainly handle resident concerns when they are brought to our attention, and if there are items in need of repair in your apartment home that we can remedy for you, I can schedule an appointment for our service team to stop by. Our office team has been here for well over a year, and work diligently each day with the service team to provide a welcoming, comfortable community. I understand that it is frustrating having one or more of the pools closed at one time, however, last summer, the only time we had one of the outdoor pools closed is when a resident broke glass on the pool deck, and are required to close and drain the entire pool. We all hate when things like this happen, and is the main reason we continue to reiterate the community rules and policies through our Resident E-blasts. One mistake can effect an entire community. We had all of the gutters professionally cleaned last year, as well as having the railings pressure washed. If there is a piece of loose siding that you are aware of, please let us know the specific location. We conduct quarterly inspections of each building/apartment home, and there were no reports of falling siding. Once a month, I personally conduct a review of vehicles that have been parked for an extended period of time, or that have tags that are not up to date. These vehicles are tagged, and subsequently towed if not moved/remedied by the time frame provided on the warning tag. Our most recent vehicle audit was conducted on 05/09/2018. If you ever see a suspicious/inoperable vehicle, you can always send us an email notification, and we will address promptly a

          Hello, we first wanted to thank you for your feedback. Your insight helps us enhance our residents' living experiences, and improve the service we provide at Reafield Village Apartments. We sincerely apologize that your new apartment home did not meet your expectations. However, many of the concerns listed in your review were not included as a result of your initial inspection and we are just now learning of these through your review. We appreciate you taking the time to further discuss your concerns with us, and as was mentioned in our last conversation, we are more than happy to address each and every concern. Our records indicate, the items that were mentioned to us as a result of your initial move in inspection have already been addressed and completed with the exception of the decking. The issue with the decking is truly an embarrassing discovery and we immediately addressed it with the offending neighbor once we were made aware. During our discussion, we offered to power-wash the deck for you but upon further investigation by our maintenance supervisor, it was recommended we replace the wood. It is our goal to work with you to ensure that the replacement work is completed as soon and as quickly as possible. We definitely understand your frustration with the parking lot lights that are currently inoperable, we had already submitted a request with Duke Energy previously as these lights are owned and managed under contract by them. They confirmed these light have been repaired, so going forward we will continue to monitor any lights that may become an issue. While we regret that you are unsatisfied with your experience thus far at Reafield Village Apartments, we invite you to schedule an in-person meeting with our Property Manager to ensure streamlined communication is maintained, and so we can ensure that every one of your concerns is addressed appropriately.               Thank you for taking the time to review our community! Let me start off by expressing how much we appreciate you calling Reafield Village home for four years! We have made a lot of positive additions and improvements to the office team and community in a short amount of time, which have been well received, so I am saddened to hear that your experience with our team has been less than exceptional. We do take all responses seriously and use them as a tool to assist us in ensuring we are properly addressing and satisfying our residents' needs. We have removed several trees in the past few months that have fallen in inclement weather, but always encourage you to report any that may have been missed to the leasing office. We monitor the parking lot weekly, and tag/notify vehicles that are not properly registered/licensed. We can assure you there are not any inoperable vehicles currently at Reafield Village. You are more than welcome to contact the Property Manager directly to ensure a streamline in communication and follow up. I would love to schedule a time where you and I can sit and discuss your concerns. Please give me a call at the leasing office and let me know what day and time works for you (704) 542-3566.To touch base on your concerns . . . A letter was sent to all residents a few weeks prior to the drop box being removed. We also made sure to put a note on the box in December, letting residents know that the drop box will be removed effective January 1st. The reason we chose to do that is to ensure that all resident payments are safe and secure. We do offer an online rent payment option and our office is open seven days a week for residents who choose to drop their payment off to the office. During our meeting I would like for us to discuss your maintenance issues. If there is anything that is still causing you issues in your home I would love to get a full list so our service team can take care of it for you. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

                                  Hello, my name is Alicia and I am the property manager at Reafield. I would love an opprotunity to speak with you regarding your concerns. Please let me know what day and time would be best for you. In regards to your concerns, when packages are delivered we sometimes are busy assisting residents and prospects and are not able to put them up right away. In addition, we allow residents to have access to our business center even when we are on tour and often times the delivery person will leave them in the office without us being here. Rest assured that we have never had a situation where packages have ever been stolen from our office. Great news about the paint on the buildings and the business center! We are currently undergoing a property wide renovation. The business center has gotten new computers, our fitness centers are being upgraded and all of the buildings are being painted! The new renovations really will give the community a fresh and new feel! :) Lastly, the fires and trash. I noticed that you entered that you have lived here since 2012. However, I did some digging and there has not been a fire at this property since before that time. A fire is one of those very unforunate things that can happen anywhere. We pride ourselves on being proactive and doing all that we can to prevent these types of situations. When we meet I would love to hear details on where you are seeing trash. My maintenance supervisor and I ensure that we personally walk the property consistently to check for any areas that need special attention.
