First off I want to say that I have never written a bad review in my life but I feel this absolutely necessary information for the general public. The experience here was an absolute disaster. Before we moved in, the office staff said that satellites were OK. This was a big deal for me since I already paid over $200 for the NFL Sunday ticket package. When we moved in, the Direct TV installer was told by office staff that he could not install the satellite on the property. When I called the office to talk to the manger she replied ,"well, you've already signed the lease." On top of that, the lock on the door was broken and would not stick. We put in a work order and heard nothing. They didn't take it seriously until we were locked out of our apartment for 2 hours with groceries and a 3 year old. Maintenance is extremely short staffed so expect issues there. The pool is generally pretty dirty. The last time we went, my son cut his foot on a rock inside the pool. There is pot holes in the parking lots that they refuse to fill. They have a tacky red blow up airdancer right as you enter the apartments. They charged me $600 for a deposit. After moving out I was told that they will not do a walk through with the resident. I cleaned the place from top to bottom and the carpet was immaculate. They only gave me back $300 of my deposit citing stove repairs, drywall repairs, and broken blinds, It is borderline theft. When I called the office, the girl told me, "It is what it is." They need to be very careful in how they treat people. We live in a world of social media and people will hear this. I'm going to keep on writing too. Hopefully I can help change the way they conduct their business
