Resident ā€¢ 2000 - 2002

I agree with the person who said this is a slum in a nice part of town. I lived here for a year and a half and had my car broken into no less than 3 times. One night everyone in my building had their cars broken into. An apartment across from mine was broken into. I saw police in the neighborhood countless times, and one time witnessed a neighbor be arrested and taken from her home. The people they let move in seriously went downhill in the time I lived there, til it was like living in a housing project. One of the pools was unusable for 2 summers. I had numerous maintenance problems, including water stains from my upstairs neighborĀ“s water heater leaking, and the water in my tub coming out orange (disgusting!) Then they charged me 400 dollars upon moving out to replace the carpet that was worn out when I moved in. I was willing to deal with the maintenance and structure problems for the cheap price.. but eventually I didnt even feel safe there. I moved just across the road and never had another break-in. DonĀ“t be fooled by the neighborhood and landscaping.. it is a slum.
