Had I done the sensible thing and checked this website, I would have opted to move elsewhere. My move in was extremely stressful and unprofessional. I was told there would be new fixtures, there are not. I was told there were bay windows in my apartment and the leasing agent clearly does not what bay windows are because there are NONE. I spent days and MY money trying to clean RUST out of the toilets. I wasn't aware my apartment came with hideous and unsightly rust. There were OBVIOUS damages in the apartment that apparently the management was hoping I would overlook, which I did not. They pushed back my move in date, only to NOT be ready when the second move in date arrived. It gets annoying, but you have to really keep copies of paperwork and follow up consistently with any issues/requests. Parking (at least for my building) is ridiculous. You better be at home by 9, even on the weekends, or you will be parking IN THE DARK away from your entrance. Someone was stabbed in one of the apartments and the property management did not even bother to address the situation or even publicly acknowledge concerns of tenants. When anything like that occurs, I expect SOMETHING to be sent to each resident, whether it is in a newsletter or just a typed memo delivered to each apartment. Everytime I go to the office, there is a new person there. I can say that I have not had any problems with any shady "characters" hanging around. I am aware of my surroundings no matter where I am anyway. Words to the Wise: Do Your Research.
