Really really nice, I have had a really great time here. Would love to renew my lease. Do feel a little unsafe at night specially because of lack of lighting around the apartment complex. The offcie staff have been really good. Appreciate all their efforts. more

I recently moved to Encore at the Park, and I love it! The property is beautiful and clean. I'm excited to live here when I pull into the driveway each day after work. The office staff has been nothing but amazing since the day I came to take a tour of the apartment. Each person in the office has gone out of their way to speak to me and get to know me. They even welcomed my insanely huge more

We have been living at The Lodge for over three years now. We first moved in when we needed to live close to the public transport system (the bus stop is right outside the community), but never found a reason to leave even when transport was not a constraint anymore! Both the Leasing office staff as well as the maintenance personnel are very helpful and prompt in taking care of any questions or more

Gross. We'll be moving out ASAP Went into the office the other day to talk to Mr. Ben Zehner the property manager about a noise problem and he was super dismissive and condescending. As I started to explain that we're having noise issues with our upstairs neighbors he cut me off and started saying "well, this is how a ceiling works. So they have beams and some wooden boards" more

I have been living here for a year and absolutely love it! The management is very helpful and kind. Also every time I have needed a light bulb changed or some other type of help they are very prompt and willing to help. I would recommend Alden Place to everyone! The apartments are beautiful and well managed. more

This is not a bad place to live. It has a few quirks, such as a gate that doesn't really provide any real security and is more just a delay to getting in and out. Our online pay system can be difficult to use and the office staff while friendly is not super helpful when the online system isn't working. The pool area is fantastic and the apartment as a whole is pretty nice with big closets. I more

The apartment I rented was fairly priced, and I considered renewing but the rate went up drastically after the first year. Maintenance issues were handled efficiently. The grounds were nice year-round. Unfortunately, I had a lot of noisy neighbors and the hallway smelled of illegal substances on a regular basis. Wasn't pleased with the management. Specifically, timing of projects and more

I must say that the service for maintenance trouble was fantastic. The crew was professional, courteous and prompt, within 24 hours. I had trouble with my thermostat, which a new one was installed, and then the thermostat condenser, and the problem was solved with 15 minutes. Thank you Artisan at Bright Leaf ! more

I initially moved to a 1 bedroom in 2012 when i relocated to the area. After 3 years I got married and needed a bigger place. Being in a lease my wife and I decided to transfer apartments to a larger one. We were charged a $250 transfer fee along with a new $87 deposit and $120 in application fees. Upon moving into our new unit we were hit with problems. They can not get our bill straight and more

I've been living in Durham, NC for the past 6 - 7 years in which I have rented from 4 different apartment complexes. I lived at the West Village, a private condo above Pavilion East, Edinborough at the Park and Station Nine Apartments. My favorite place to rent from (by far!) was Station Nine Apartments. The price is comparable (and cheaper!) to the luxury apartments you'll find in more
