By far the best apartment complex in Greensboro, and I have recommended it to several coworkers, all of which are highly satisfied with their new place.
Positive:
- Leasing and management staff are excellent. By far the best staff of any place I have lived.
- Brette does a very good job of managing the property and is very responsive to questions or issues.
- Brette, Taylor, and Eric are professional, polite, and care about their residents.
- James, the maintenance guy, goes above and beyond to ensure issues are fixed quickly. He is one of the most friendly, and genuinely kind maintenance guys I have met.
- Apartments are all high quality, from carpet to fixtures, no expense was spared.
- Price of the apartments are very reasonable for the quality of construction, size, location, etc.
- Amenities are high quality and maintained well by staff.
- Residents are kind and welcoming.
Negative:
- Not in close proximity to the downtown area.
Overall, my experience with Hawthorne at Bridford was 100% positive, and I will continue to recommend this apartment complex to coworkers, friends, and family moving to the area. I have not met another leasing staff who cares as much as Brette, Taylor, and Eric. Upon move-in I was surprised with a welcome basket containing snacks, paper goods, and a few other gifts. Throughout my stay I was greeted every day by the staff, asked how my day was going, and invited to some of community event, or reminded even though I did not know anyone in the area that I had friends there.
I want to thank the management, leasing staff, and maintenance staff for such a positive experience. You guys really made me feel like I have family here, even if my family is far away!
