Couldn't see myself living anywhere else as a young professional just starting out. The Pointe at Wimbledon is clean, quiet, conviently located to restaurants/ shops/ movie theatre/ mall, and unique in that it's one of the only apartment communities to offer covered parking (extremely valuable in the winter time). I love it here because I have the best of everything! more

This apartment complex overall nice. Management can be helpful. When requests have been put in for work that needs to be done they will sometimes get everything done but rarely. Only time I was able to get them to really pay attention was when a parent called. more

Condescending management, incompetent staff, horrible electricity issues, break-ins and gunfights, avoid at all costs. Note: The Bellamy has achieved an F by the Better Business Bureau for not responding to any of three separate complaints against the company. How do I even begin to describe my time at the Bellamy. First of all, I believe that the majority of the reviews you see around mine more

This has been my first year living off of campus. I chose campus towers because I really wanted my own place, and Campus Tower's price for a one bedroom is great compared to others. I really enjoy the convenience of living so close to all of my classes. I also feel very safe at Campus Towers because of their security cameras and other security features. I really enjoy the all inclusive more

I have lived at Wilson Acres for several years and everyone around me was very surprised about my sudden choice move. It's because of the fact that despite years of living here anytime there is a problem it's like pulling teeth to fix, like they are doing me a favor. They constantly make me feel like trash and burden and after years of not feeling like a teenant im over it. Pipes more

They will rip you off when you move out. They will charge you for replacing their carpet and for updating and cleaning the place even though you have cleaned the place and keep the place clean. They will charge you for two months rent if you move out early without trying to find a new tenant to move in. They don't want you to find new tenants to move in and they keep the place off the more

Can't wait to get out of 33 East! Although the maintenance crew does respond quickly to small issues, I am not a fan of the apartment itself. Staff is nice but unfortunately it does not compensate for the extreme difference between the model apartment shown to potential residents and the apartment you walk into move-in day. The pipe connecting to the toilet is detached from the wall and was more

If you are considering living at First Street Place, I would highly recommend reading this entire review before making any decision. Hopefully it will help you avoid some of the pain and misery I went through. I lived there in a studio apartment from July 2014-January 2015, I moved out and subleased my apartment before my lease was up because I disliked the place and management so much. I would more

I just moved out of Pirate's Place after 2 years living there. I think this is going to be a pretty long review. On move in day (August 15, 2013) I arrived to my 4x3 floorplan to discover that the faucet handle for the kitchen sink was laying on the counter. The sink itself wasn't connected to anything either. I walked around a bit to see that one of the bedrooms didn't have a door more
