I love living here! My apartment is spacious and very quiet. They repainted and installed new carpets before I moved in in July. Any little repairs have been taken care of within hours. There are trees and flowers everywhere and we are within easy walking distance from Birkdale Village with its shops, restaurants, and movie theater. Most of all, I have felt welcome here from day one. The more

Assign two spots each for 2 and 3 bedrooms and one spot for 1 bedrooms. This has me worried before even moving and now making me doubt the decision. I need room to park the uhal to unload and refuse to walk a ridiculous amount of distance back and forth to get my groceries from the car when I would have to live on the 3rd floor. This has to be fixed, it obviously makes all of your residents angry. more

Great experience, had issues getting my application processed, the staff helped me every step of the way to get my things in order and facilitated me getting the appartment. Absolutely fantastic premises, love the pool and grills out there. Look forward to a nice year here. more

Love it, BUT there is a huge problem with parking. People open the gates to the resident parking decks, and let non residents park there. When residents come home, sometimes there are no spaces available. This is unacceptable, as a spot in the deck is included in the (very high) rent payment. The complex doesn't ticket or tow. They do absolutely nothing about it, so people continue to open more

These apartments make me want to rent forever instead of homeownership. The office staff is top notch and my mother and I have personal relationships with them all. I love to online shop, and they have a mail drop off service where you can have packages delivered to the leasing office and you'll receive an email notifying you when your package arrives. The maintenance staff is also very more

Ready to move out, this place had change a lot since property manager Veronica, maintenance Raymond, Axel, Tim, and assistant manager Erika or Paula left Parkview. Garbage every were, cats all around the dumpsters, lots of noise, people drinking and smoking outside, kids and teenagers in the breezeways or steps all day, you can't go to your home that you paid every month and rest because you more

Hi, I'm moving out next week and writing a summary of my experience over the last several years. I'm on the third floor, so noise is not an issue for me. My old (old meaning she's moved away, not physically old, like it matters) neighbor on the second floor did come complain to me about playing music too loud once around 2am, but she enjoyed my selection. I did more

The fees when I moved out were a little drastic.. We had over paid about $300 plus the deposit and somehow still owed $900. They said they had to change the carpets... No idea why. If you live here take pictures of how you leave everything. They are moderately priced for Huntersville. A little outdated but nice layout. I would rent again if I could afford to. more
