I actually went into the office they other day to tell the girls what a great job they had been doing (because no one ever has anything to say except when things are going wrong) and they asked me if I would write something to their corp. office and so I did. They also told me about this web site who thought other wise. I took the time to read all the things people have said and some of this is true, but that is part of community living and the location. I have lived here since the time these town homes were built and this is the first time that I can say that someone actually works around here and people actual speak to me with respect, call me Ma´m, say thank you when I pay my rent, and ask me if everything is ok in my town home. My work orders have been done the same day I call them in, instead of a week later(mind you with a full staff), the grounds look so much cleaner (except there is no grass and never any flowersduring the summer), I hated to put my garbage out on the weekends because no one ever did the trash on the weekend(and that is a very ugly site to see). And NOW the office staff exactully makes my neighbor keep things looking nice when I had asked the other office staff numerous time to do something about it and they never did, I can put my trash out any time and there is never a mess and I am not ashamed to have my friend over. I have to say for what it is worth, I think things are also turning around here and I just renewed my lease for another 12 months because they gave my one month free and a free carpet cleaning! So Emily, Amy, Dexter, and I don´t know the new maintenance lady´s name, but keep up they great work, you are all great people and god will reward you for it.
