Terrible place to live. Everyday I regret moving here. The only good thing about this place is the staff here are friendly (which is the only reason I signed the lease and prob the only reason anyone else did too) and if you need something looked at, the maintenance people respond quickly.
I lived in a townhouse before coming here, and there was no noise at all. So I was looking for something like that in Raleigh. Since the name of the complex is townhomes, I decided to come here and live in their 2 floor townhome. As far as the actual "townhouse" goes, the place is cheaply made. There are no overhead lighting/ceiling fans in the bedrooms or in the living room. The walls are so thin, that I can hear the neighbors music all the time. When I want to read in the living room without the TV, I can even hear them going to the bathroom (I'm not just talking about the toilet flushing). It's terrible. And whenever the neighbors cook, I can smell it in my place. It's very irritating. Management and maintenance tried doing something about this, but in the end, I was just told that that's apartment life and something you just have to put up with(disappointing since they are nice people).
They are 4 adults living next door, all with separate cars. So at times, it's hard to find parking. I only have 1 car so it shouldn't be asking too much for me to be able to have a space. Maybe management should have assigned parking since it looks like there would be enough parking for 2 cars per unit.
So if you don't mind the noise and the irritating smells coming from the next unit, I guess you'll be ok here. I really regret signing a year lease, so I thought I would warn others. And as much as I'm paying for it, I would really expect more. Very disappointed here. Spend $20-40 more and get another one of the surrounding apartments. I have friends that live in one close to Best Buy, and they don t hear any noise and no smells.
