I have had an extremely high water bill for the past 3 months. The site staff has been made aware of the issue and nothing has been done to fix it, no one has even been in touch with me recently regarding the issue. When I have tried to call to speak to management, I have been told that they are either in meetings or on the other line with an important call. I never receive a phone call back. There are several lights out around the complex, they have been out for about 6-7 months now. The gutters are clogged full of pine straw.
