Mostly Awful - I don't recommend it

I have lived here for almost 2 years. My lease is up in June and I will not be renewing. It's been a miserable experience here. I really didn't have many options and decided to move here as I had some financial difficulty and had to sell and leave my awesome townhouse. My credit was damaged and Trinity Park was really easy to get into. They check your credit, but put a bigger emphasis on the criminal background check. The first six months were ok, after that - mostly awful. I have one child who likes to go outside and play. We live on the side with the playground and that's the only thing that's been a plus. I can see my child playing at all times. It's been very safe for kids so far. On the other hand, there is a consensus that the noise level is a big problem, both outside and inside. Inside I can hear my neighbors above me very easily. They aren't even doing anything such as playing loud music and partying. They are just WALKING! The floor cracks and squeaks with every footstep. I've never lived any place that this before. Very shoty craftsmanship to say the least, and not well maintained. My neighbors like to walk around alot at night and the early hours of the morning. I have been awakened on many occassions by the creaking, cracking, squeaky floor in the wee hours of the morning. Also, they have a major problem with lady bugs, silver fish and other bugs. Every time the weather gets warm the bugs come out. During October last year there was an infestation of lady bugs on one side of the building. I mean there were hundreds of them crawling across my window and some got inside. The ditwit woman who was in the office said, "Ladybugs are goodluck". Also, the noise level from the cars can be nerve racking when there's an event, which there always is something going on. During the month of the State Fair, what should normally take 3 minutes to get from Blue Ridge to Corporate Drive can take as long as one hour! For those who want a decent place to live, this is not the place. It's definitely overpriced for what you get.
