Forget It!!
We lived there for 6 years. Everything was great until the new company took over. Pool area always dirty. Half of the gas grills do not work. Burnt out office lights are not replaced. The Business office, which is open for residents 24/7, has had all but 1 light burnt out but they will not replace. Lawn service is a hatchet job. Rent has increased 30% since last year promping us to move out. Got hit by a $200 carpet charge. The same day they sent me the letter was the same day they reported it to a credit agency so now, a month later, I'm having to fight with the credit agency. One apartment had a busted pipe which leaked from the second floor into the front porch area causing part of the porch ceiling to fall. It was left like that for 3 months until they finally repaired it.Share This Review
