4 Property Managers in less than 18 months
Wakefield Glen Apartments has had four different property managers in less than 18 months. As a result of their frequent staff changes, my 60 day notice which was put in the drop box was not accepted because there was "no" record. We also went without hot water for almost two weeks due to a problem with the water heater and had to shower with very lukewarm water in the winter time. Further, our storage was flooded due to a maintenance issue in the building and did more than $4,000 worth of damage which Wakefield Glen accepted no responsibility for. Thank God for my Allstate Insurance agent. I would not recommend Wakefield Glen. It is overpriced for the lack of customer service and lack of maintenance response. Further, we have to consistent garbage disposal issue and bathroom fixtures falling off the wall consistently. Further, we were made to pay for a forced upgrade that we never received. Wakefield Glen did however give us a $70 a month credit for the 3 months. However, the upgrade credit had to be brought up by me with the threat of litigation.Share This Review
