Pros and Cons
I have been at Wakefield Glen for about 3 years and, unfortunately, it has taken a downward turn. The first apartment I lived in was always so loud because you could hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. One night, the kids above me were running so hard that a frame fell off the wall in my newborn baby's room...thank God I did not have him on the changing table!! I transferred to a different unit and, although I love my place, it's about all the people you are surrounded by. More and more, it seems as though they are letting just anyone move in, and I have seen anything from bloody teenage fights to domestic disputes and drug problems. It makes me really sad, because it was, at one time, a safe and close neighborhood. I have to say that I don't have any issues with the current staff, although they change so often that you never know who you'll see at any given time. I think they need to be a little more strict with the people they are letting come in and value their long time residents a little more. The overall space in the apartments is great, some of the biggest I've seen. (This is what drew me to them).Share This Review
