Horrible
We have been living at parkridge for 3 years. When we originally moved in there was someone in our apartment living. Screens were broke, closet doors broke, the person living there wiped ---- on the wall and left it. Through this time we have deltā¦Ā See More >anonymous

BUGS
I previously lived at a CIP property complex and this was new to me dealing with HIP. Park Ridge is a very nice apartment as far as appearance goes, which is very affordable compared to other apartments that are close by campus. You most definitelyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Very Happy
I'm currently in the process of looking for a new place to live in a different part of Lincoln. I wish I could move my apartment to where I'm going. I've been very happy here for the past two years. The building I'm in hasā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Get real
I have lived in over 20 different apartments over the last 15 years. Park Ridge, while not perfect (no apartment ever is) is a good place to live. As I read through the reviews on this site, I realize that maybe people justā¦Ā See More >Gabaway

Happy Here
We have lived here for five years and would definitely recommend it to others. I am honestly pleased with our apartment...it's a bit small but for the price we pay and considering it's got a nice look that's okay! For the first fewā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Getting better
I recently took a tour of these apartments, and they seemed very nice. Big apartment, tile floors, 2 bathrooms, big closets. The girl who showed me was very nice, and mentioned that she was new to the company. When I told her what I readā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Lived here for two years.
I lived at Park Ridge for two years, and loved my apartment. The rooms are good sized, and the appliances are wonderful. It does have the college atmosphere however, which is a big setback for such nice apartments. Our apartment smelled ofā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Decent place to live but "management" is horrible.
We were among the first people to move in when the complex was completed. The apartments are nice sized with all wood cabinets, real tile floors in the kitchen and baths, and the washer and dryer in the unit is a nice perk. ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Well if you loved the dorms....
Park Ridge consists of nice, reasonably priced apartments; however, there is no on-site manager so if you need help or have a concern you have to call the corporate office and leave a message (they're ridiculously understaffed). The majority of residents are college students whoā¦Ā See More >Park Ridge
