Upon arriving I was greeted and given an application to complete for an apartment. While filling out SHARON (the horrible manager of this complex) pops out of her office and begins to give me the third degree. Telling me that she thinks I should leave because she wants to be sure my application is completed in full. Telling me she has NO idea whether or not there are any apartments of my specifications available. FINE, so I left.
I got back to work to check my schedule for the next day to see if I would be able to make it in to complete the application.
After realizing the day was jam packed with work items, I gave Sharon a call to let her know I would be stopping by after work today to complete the application---SHE told me to not come in cause she was having a case of the Mondays? and she would have no idea if an apartment was available until the next day. FINE,
The next day after work, I went in to complete my application for lease and I was greeted with this phrase "Oh hi, its you, come on in and have a seat, I was just about to leave." while SHARON rolled her eyes towards me. After sitting for about 2 seconds...i couldnt believe the way I was being treated so I told Sharon I wasnt interested in her apartment. She said FINE I dont want you to rent here.
MORAL OF THE STORY A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITHOUT EVEN BEING A RENTER
THIS LADY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND IS A BIG JOKE. THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH THE HARASSMENT OF EVEN BEING ABLE TO RENT AN APARTMENT. I FEEL BAD FOR THE GIRL WHO WORKS FOR SHARON --I would go nuts.
WHAT A ROTTEN LADY.
