I heard about this website, and I decided that I should offer my opinion. I had lived at the Fairways for three years, before they decided to go from comfortable adult living situations to "ALL SECTION 8 WELFARE DRUGGIES ALLOWED"
<br>That may seem harsh to some, but it is a reality at The Fairways. I am not bias, and do not think all Section 8 families are "druggies" but the Fairways should perhaps designate builings strictly for those with Section 8. I have seen a rather large increase of rowdy, rude, loud, unkempt neighbors, and the nice, quiet, respectful ones moving out. Why would someone want to pay over $1000.00 a month for an apartment that you can´t enjoy piece of mind in? I had an unending issue with noisy neighbors that moved in, I went to them first nicely asked them to quite down, after one night of "quiet" they were back to their old habits. This time I called the office, the office called them..or so they said, and nothing changed. I even went to the Property manager, he wouldn´t even return my phone calls! This lead to me to see a lawyer, and he advised me of my right to "quiet enjoyment". I had documented all of my calls to the office, and to Property Management I had taken the correct measures to end the noise that was bothering me. I was advised I could break my lease, and not be subject to the Fairways outrageous penalties, because by not doing something about the noisey neighbors they were breaking my right to quiet enjoyment. My point is you won´t get anywhere with management they care about the buck they get in their pocket..if these apartments were $500 a month they may be worth it but not a heavy increase year after year to deal with this nonsense. I wouldn´t recommend this community to anyone. Not a family enviroment, not a safe enviroment.
