We moved in when it was called Parkview. It has steadily gone downhill since 2003. Ownership changed hands many times. The current owners spend all their effort in maintaining the grounds and leaving the insides to rot.
There is a gigantic pest and rodent problem is ALL Buildings.
The police are constantly at one building or another.
The Collingswood Fire dept is TIRED of answering false alarms. Which is probably why the fire in C building in 2008 caused so much damage.
The parking garage leaks onto your car permanently damaging your windows and paintjob so, if you pay for a space, buy a car cover.
To FIX a problem in the units they just paint over it. I have at least 10 layers of paint in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom ceiling because of water damage that is never fixed.
We have called the police twice for domestic violence. Our neighbor apparently owes several women money to pay for children he didn't want. I know this because the walls between units are paper thin.
The older couple on the other side of us moved out and left a dying dog in the unit. It was weeks before they came to clean and the smell of rotting animal was the worst.
The elevators are a big problem. The cost to replace them totally is astronomical so it will never happen. They tried to just replace the cars one year but you can't put lipstick on a pig and call it a super model. They won't be replaced until someone dies.
Parking outside is like any other complex. There are good days and bad.
You have utilities included except, The air units do not work properly and leak causing damage. Hot water is scarce and outlets are not properly fixed.
The Height of Collingswood aka Parkview aka Sutton Towers are the slums of the area and should have been bulldozed years ago.
