Lived here with my family for 4 years and the location is perfect. I agree with the other posts people here have written and have mostly positive reviews myself. The only problem I've had in the 4 years we lived here was the parking in the winter. Other than that, we are very comfortable here. Maintence was good about keeping the paths free from ice/snow though which is great because I more

Highland House

10 Commercial Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901

HHighland Park is a very nice, convenient community. Highland House is well run, clean and has nice tenants. The place could be cleaner in teh hallways and the parking lot is congested and not designed well. The office staff is very busy, too. more

I've had extremely poor service from the management, and although the maintenance staff are very nice, they take forever to respond as well. Also, WHERE ARE THE CAMERAS FOR SECURITY IN THE HALLWAYS????!! There should not only be cameras in the elevators but no the hallways. That just makes absolutely no sense to me. Also, no cameras in the stairs either. more

Plaza Square

I relocated from Chicago roughly two years ago, with it being the first time I had ever stepped foot in Jersey. I visited a few impressive places in NJ where I was looking, but New Brunswick's Plaza Square quickly caught my eye. Jackie of the leasing/management office showed me around and did a great job explaining the amenities and apartment features. A very strong feature of PS is the more

Soundproof is terrible. I can hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, even when they go to bathroom (yes it's disgusting). Their footsteps are heavy and isn't concerned about others. I've tried to communicate through the doormen, face-to-face with the resident, and even wrote a note to the office but the situation still isn't getting any better. Office is also terrible when it comes to more

***STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY*** These cheap scapes will charge you $140 per hour to "clean" your dirty apartment when they will actually do nothing and give the next person a dirty apartment, upon moving in to this complex my family and myself spent the entire day cleaning. They refuse to respond to any emails and will tell you that their email was never sent. They will try more

Riverwatch Commons

I recently moved into the Riverwatch community and have to say that I'm thoroughly pleased with the experience. The leasing agents and staff are absolutely wonderful, professional, and on top of communication. Of the luxury apartment communities, Riverwatch is probably the cheapest option, but I think they have the best value for what you're paying for. Also, management is continually renovating more

My apartment was renovated right before I moved in. The space is nice and large for the value. The management office is pretty helpful. The super lives in building. I do not interact much with the other residents, though I see them in the building/elevators often. more
