This complex is a wonderful place to live in. The staff is nice and are always willing to help and the buildings are always kept clean. I started living when I was going to rutgers but I enjoyed it so much I decided to stay. In addition, the buses always pass by here for school children. more

HHighland Park is a very nice, convenient community. Highland House is well run, clean and has nice tenants. The place could be cleaner in teh hallways and the parking lot is congested and not designed well. The office staff is very busy, too. more

The staff is incredibly inaccessible. The elevators are constantly broken. There is animal waste in the hallways and staircases. It is impossible to park more than obe car per apartment. The management choose to renovate the management office instead of fixing the utilities used by the tenants. more

I relocated from Chicago roughly two years ago, with it being the first time I had ever stepped foot in Jersey. I visited a few impressive places in NJ where I was looking, but New Brunswick's Plaza Square quickly caught my eye. Jackie of the leasing/management office showed me around and did a great job explaining the amenities and apartment features. A very strong feature of PS is the more

So far (two months), so good. Apartments are very spacious, but oddly proportioned. Kitchen and bathrooms are tiny, but love the big living room and bedrooms. Very glad utilities are included in the rent during a very cold winter. Our fixtures are outdated, but understand that other apartments have been refurbished. Staff is friendly and proactive. Location is fantastic whether talking about more

I've been living at this apartment complex for over two years and I am about to renew my lease for another year. I think these apartments are reasonable and affordable compared to others in the area. I have never had any roaches, bugs, mold or mildew in my apartment. Pest control comes to the apartment from time to time. Parking can be a problem once in a while where you would have to walk more

My apartment was renovated right before I moved in. The space is nice and large for the value. The management office is pretty helpful. The super lives in building. I do not interact much with the other residents, though I see them in the building/elevators often. more

Lived here from May 2010 - May 2012. Location: Very good location within NB, walking distance to the train station and all the local hang outs. If it's cold or you think the walk is far, you can wait in your apt and call a cab for about $5 to take you anywhere around NB. Very close to route 18, route 1, TP, 287, you can basically get anywhere in NJ from more
