Lived here with my family for 4 years and the location is perfect. I agree with the other posts people here have written and have mostly positive reviews myself. The only problem I've had in the 4 years we lived here was the parking in the winter. Other than that, we are very comfortable here. Maintence was good about keeping the paths free from ice/snow though which is great because I more

HHighland Park is a very nice, convenient community. Highland House is well run, clean and has nice tenants. The place could be cleaner in teh hallways and the parking lot is congested and not designed well. The office staff is very busy, too. more

It is a good community. All the residents are nice and the building stays clean. The building managers are available whenever needed as well. My apartment is sizable and everything functions well. It is easy to keep clean as well and has plenty of space for organization. more

I loved my home since I moved it. But I found the previous management to be much more friendly overall and immediately, and also much more informative, always keeping the tenants up to date with everything going on in the building, and notifying the tenants with the proper amount of time. more

This apartment complex is one of the best places I have ever lived. The staff has been super helpful from the start, the building is ALWAYS clean, the amenities are awesome, and the location is perfect. The few times I've had to contact maintenance they have shown up either later that day or the next day to fix the problem. The noise level in the complex has never been an issue. I've more

I am very satisfied with my apartment. Pros - Great access to Buccleuch Park, Johnson Park, and the Raritan Canal hiking trail. The canal trail is particularly nice, with a little waterfall at the beginning, views of water on both sides as you walk, and lots of turtles in the canal. - Great views. - 20-25 minute walk to the train station, and there is also the "Brunsquick" Shuttle that more

***STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY*** These cheap scapes will charge you $140 per hour to "clean" your dirty apartment when they will actually do nothing and give the next person a dirty apartment, upon moving in to this complex my family and myself spent the entire day cleaning. They refuse to respond to any emails and will tell you that their email was never sent. They will try more

Beware what you're getting! Thorough review enclosed. I lived here for 3 years. While, the most units in the building and the superintendent (Mike) are fine, there are several reasons why I absolutely would not live here (9G) again. Yes they say heating is included, but it is actually terrible in many units. Turns out the higher up your apartment, the less heat you get. Yet they charge you more

Cons - Dog poop on sidewalks and in grass, poor heat and hot water, very often their in sludge in the water, tenants are responsible for snow removal from their parking spaces, loud music and parties nearly every more

My apartment was renovated right before I moved in. The space is nice and large for the value. The management office is pretty helpful. The super lives in building. I do not interact much with the other residents, though I see them in the building/elevators often. more
