Before I get into the details - Just find somewhere else to live. I am a college student, who can semi-tolerate a subpar apartment building, just because its better than living in dorms. The only thing good I can say about living here is how spacious it is. Other than that, maintenance does absolutely nothing, no matter how many times you request services to get fixed. Management cares little about what maintenance does in the apartment, so they get away with not doing much work. Tenants are pretty nice, but above all, I would discourage anyone who's not a college student to find somewhere else to live. There is too many problems in this building for the average family to be able to deal with. The grounds are dirty and unkept (with the exception of the pool), the building is old and needs a lot of work, and even taking a shower is a burden because you only get 2 options - scoulding hot, or ice cold.
As I said before, just find another building.
