I have been living at the Crest now for 4 1/2 months now and the experience is okay. To be honest, I like the Crest, but the HVAC is terrible and needs to be updated. Your electric bill will be sky high. I lived in a townhouse with 3 floors & my electric bill was lower than living in a 2 bedroom apt that I now have. Good thing I still own my townhouse and might be moving back there or somewhere else in 2016, when my lease is up.
Electric is too high living in a small apt and that is why many people are moving away from here.
If they update with energy efficient appliances like the other communities are doing, I know more people would rent here. I live on the bottom floor and it is freezing in the winter. The insulation is terrible and maintenance can't do anything about it. I walk around with my heat on and a sweater all winter long. Once they do something about the extreme electric bills in the complex, it will be very pleasant living at the Crest. I recommend this place only if you can afford the electric & heating cost. Rent could be lower and I don't like paying for trash, when there are dumpers all around the place. Makes no sense paying for trash pickup.

It's too early to determine how I feel about this community. I like the area so far, but the apartments are so cold, the tenants electric bill will be sky high because of lack of insulation's & energy star items in the apt. They really need to become energy efficient like other communities in the area.
