We have been here almost 6 years now. So far we've had 1 vehicle damaged due to a drunk driver, two vehicles stolen, and three vehicles broken in to. Also we've had sewer backups continuously until personally fixing the issue.

Poor customer service from office staff and mgmt. Have had numerous flooding's in the unit causing issues with the vinyl and carpet. Stove burners burn on high only. Maintenance will not fix or repair

Management Department need more organization and in need of better managers. In need of people that care for the renters, listening and doing something. Somebody who will keep their word. Also making sure they are not stealing money and running some type of scam.

Apartments are decent. Management Is the worst I ever dealt with. Issues do not get resolved in a timely manner, that's if they even get resolved. Parking horrible highly recommended get a reserved space

Other than the water getting turned off an inordinate amount of times and the heavy door springs slamming doors at all hours, the place has been great. The mgmt is helpful and the grounds are tended to very well

Good location, close to shopping and main roads. Generally clean and quiet, very few smokers here that I've seen. Nice pool area and gym available. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy living here.
