It's been okay for the most part. The workers are nice and tend to get back to me quickly. However, there have been a few problems such as the gate note being fix (the main reason I chose this apartment)

Office and maintenance helpful however gate next to my apartment never works. security?? No other issues. Neighbors are helpful and friendly. The facility is close to my doctor as well as shopping. Smiths and Wallmart

I like that it feels safe for the most part. All of the added amenities are very nice such as the gym. The front office staff are always very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this complex to others.

It's very peaceful. I love how everybody is polite and respectful. It's quiet and cozy, beautiful trees and laundry onsite. Two pools and two gyms very convenient I hope to stay here for awhile as Northland stays the owners

It's been mostly good. Some issues with getting answers from the front office. Maintenance team is great. Customer service skills could use some polishing. The grounds are pretty. It will be nice when all the amenities that were promised a year ago are actually available

I love my apartment but don't like living here. I've gotten charged bogus fees and when the apartment s put a new smart lock system they didn't even let the residents know we where going to pay for it

Worst run complex ever .. manager is very mean and likes to threaten residents with eviction, I've been punished many many times and I can't wait to leave and I would never recommend this complex to anyone

Overall community is good. We are still waiting for the fitness center to open. Also it would be better if the apartment complex found a way to get rid of black ants in the apartments. They come and spray but it's still a problem.
