Palermo Apartments (formerly Jubilee)

I live here since 2012 and don't recommend this place. I pay almost 70.00 for utilities (trash, sewage and water), I mean almost 10% of my monthly rent, it's ridiculous. Neighbors are noise, people parking on my designated parking lot and worst of all, people stealing gas out of residents vehicles. I lost count how many times I've witnessed cops being called in more

Really good place at the reasonable price. All apartments built as condos, therefore noise and thermo isolation is much better than in a regular apartments. Grounds always clean and staff very pleasant. I'm working the entire day, therefore don't see much of what is transpiring during the day. But the place is very quiet at night. Allison in the office is amazing. All repairs were taken more

The community is lovely, the office staff go above and beyond to be helpful. The Apartments/Condo's is simple but elegant. The grounds are well maintained and the community is quiet. The management staff is quick to respond if any issue arise and letters are sent out to correct any tennant issues. For the most part it is a friendly stress free place to live. more

Rented an apartment here for 4 months (to get away from Winter in Montana). Condo is beautiful, clean, and security here is great! Everything is working: pool, racquetball court, tennis courts, fitness room, saunas, bbq's by pool and HOA is on the premises. So far so good!!! Oh yeah, short walk to the strip. more

No one wants to live in Mexico, that's why everyone over there wants to come here; illegally or legally. Now they're taking over and if you want to be living like you're in Mexico - come to City Place! Get your internet stolen, your property messed with - don't ever get any sleep because there is always some type of noise! Sounds awesome doesn't it? This place is GHETTO more

Fremont Villas Apartments

Old reviews for this apartment are too harsh. The general area around the apartment isn't great but there is a high police presence and I wouldn't call the area unsafe. 10 blocks to downtown/Fremont. Pros - Pool and spa are open, units are redone and nice, staff is friendly. Month to month is available for $40 extra. CONS - I do see some bugs from time to time. I think they come more

San Moritz Apartments

I lived at San Moritz for two years. Since the day we moved in they had to keep re-activating the gate cards. Every time you go in to ask they say the activated but its never activated. It only allows cats which is fine but cats run around free on no leashes! Cats have even managed to get on our balcony. The only good thing about this place is that when you need something fixed they come. more
