I would NOT reccomend these apartments. They keep up appearances on the outside, to overcome the shabby interiors, with patchwork repairs everywhere, funky smells, etc. feels like the place is coming apart at the seams.Trying to get repairs done is like "pulling teeth", good luck if something needs fixing. The common area has drug paraphanelia laying all around, baggies, roaches etc. so more

I just moved here in Apr and havnt had any problems at all. The office girls are sweethearts and bend over backwards to give you all the move-in discounts and do so in a very timely mannor. Maintnence are on the ball, had to replace a part of the stove top and was ordered and repaired in fast. My neighbors are very quiet, and there are no signs of insect infestation. I've been here over a year and am very satisfied. The price and the location you can't beat. Sunny the office manager has been nothing but nice and extremely helpful with everything. Henry the maintenance man is so friendly and fixes any issues in a quick efficient matter. I honestle have nothing but good to say about this complex. It's small and quiet. Great job running the place by more

So I wrote this review and the Spa still is broken and the pool has a scum on the surface. Now the management has changed the pool hours (which is their right). But again when my wife and I were shown the place we were told the pool is open 24x7. The reason I was just given was there were too many people there "after hours" How can you be there after hours when the pool is open 24 more

What a great place to live. I have live here off and on over a 10 year period and I keep coming back. The management now is amazing and we love all the parties and classes they provide. The property looks wonderful and updated. They have made many upgrades and it looks wonderful. more

Choosing to live here was a great idea. Since we have been here for the last 2 years we have nothing but good things to say. It was hard giving up our house and we knew it was going to be even harder to go back to apartment living. This place rocks! Not only are we saving money because our power and gas bill is so cheap. We still feel like we are in a home. The office people take good care of the more

Oasis Place

As of this date I am writing this, these apartments no longer exist. Sad since I really enjoyed living here. I drove by yesterday and they have been leveled out. My new place sucks compared to Oasis Place, and the rent is no cheaper. Thanks a lot Convention Center for destroying my favorite apartments. more

I live here since 2012 and don't recommend this place. I pay almost 70.00 for utilities (trash, sewage and water), I mean almost 10% of my monthly rent, it's ridiculous. Neighbors are noise, people parking on my designated parking lot and worst of all, people stealing gas out of residents vehicles. I lost count how many times I've witnessed cops being called in more
