                            Dear Valued Resident/ Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to post a review on our community. I'm sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory review but I'm also confused. I have personally been speaking to you. With all due respect, what you are stating is not accurate. You inspected the unit once prior to your move in. After you walked/inspected (prior to signing the lease) the unit, you stated to me personally that the unit was "very clean and wanted it and to send pest control as a precaution". You then called the following day to advise the same thing and to confirm pest control was schedule. I confirmed pest control service was always provided. You called and came to the office 24 hours later (yesterday) to state you pulled out the appliance and it was dirty, if we could clean it. I advised both times, I would send the housekeeper within 24 hours. The housekeeper has already went today and cleaned your requested area of appliance. I called you earlier to update and follow up with you but have yet to hear back from you. We take pride on providing satisfactory customer service to all! It is our goal to insure we provide a great living experience and insist on earning and keeping a good reputation with our valued residents and future residents. Again, my apologies. Please feel to contact me so that we may discuss your concerns, in hopes that I can clear any misunderstandings. I look foward to hearing from you soon. In regards to the office hours, our office hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30, Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 1-5. I sincerely apologize if we were not be able to assist you during those times. Also, completing service requests within a 24-48 hour period is also extremely important to us and I assure you that this will be rectified if given the chance.
