The Venue is an excellent place to live. My husband and I moved to Vegas for the Air Force and needed to find a nice and safe place that was a reasonable distance from the base(takes about 30-40 minutes to get there, but definitely worth it). Rita showed us around and we loved it! She was wonderful and went well beyond what I expected to help us get settled into the neighborhood. Also close to some nice dog parks.
Parking: You don't have to worry about your space being taken if you have a car port(I suggest it just cause they are really close to your building). I just wish there was more uncovered parking, but there's still a couple of spots always.
Noise: There is the occasional bump here and there from neighbors but nothing too annoying. Grounds are quiet (no rambunctious kids playing). It's right off a semi busy road so you get a loud motorcycle or emergency vehicle but again, nothing crazy.
Grounds: Very clean. I see maintenance workers sweeping and whatnot several times a week. Wonderful.
Safety: 24/7 closed gates (remote entry). They always work. Nice part of town. Just north of Henderson. I haven't seen anyone on the property that made me think "Mmmm?".
Construction: Beautiful apartments from the cabinets to the counters. Very nice appliances. They're also really good about replacing carpet when it needs it.
Maintenance: All I can say is they are the BEST. Hands down. When I first moved in I got a knock at the door from the maintenance man there to replace a bulb that I didn't even realize was out! Haha. They are also very very nice.
Staff: Awesome staff. Super nice and willing to help with anything. They just had a Christmas party for residents at a bowling alley and gave us some really nice gifts. Great staff.
