Worst experience ever. Do not move in!

There seems to be new management every year. With each new management less gets done and they care about the residents less. For instance, the gym has been closed since February. It's October. Horrible

This is a good place to live its quiet staff is all friendly handle issues promptly. Safe area. Work orders are done in a timely manner. Property is well maintained. I would recommend this property. T

The apartments and common areas are very clean and well keep. The apartments are spacious and pest free. The neighbors are friendly. The people from the office are very polite and helpful. I love the green areas where I can walk my dog.

I like living here but the raise in rent from my 1st to 2nd lease was insane, 145 a month increase, but we didn't receive anything updated, just free carpet cleaning. We will not renew after this next lease is over.

its had its ups and downs, but thinks are getting better with current management. Office had high turn over for a while. Happy to see things are settling down. I can't see way I have to type up to 200 characters.

Pretty good community. I haven't had to deal with the front office at all. I consider this a positive. The less I have to talk to them the more I can live my life. No complaints overall, pretty clean and quiet.

The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious. The utilities are excellent. The complex is clean with high tech gym with a pool to party with. The leasing office staff is always helpful. Overall satisfied.

It's Quite and being a paramedic working all hours you can sleep during the day. The police station is right behind us and we do not have a criminal element in the apartment complex. The staff are familiar with the residents.

The office staff is kind and efficient. The staff greets each resident with respect. The residents are friendly. The residents take pride in the appearance of the community as much as the property management.

Very quiet community, generally pretty clean. The dog park is maintained nicely except for the people who don't pick up after their dogs. Also the Maintenance crew responds within a reasonable amount of time and gets in and out.
