Dutch Village

Van Rensselaer Boulevard, Albany, NY 12204

11/04/14 by anonymous:
I loved living in Dutch Village. I lived there from 2010-2014, only needing to move out because I got a new job in northern New York. I lived in the older apartments and after my husband moved in with me, we soon upgraded to one of the newer units. The grounds were always beautifully manicured, the maintenance crew was attentive, respectful, and efficient, and Joan, our rental manager, was more

Stonehenge Garden Apartments

9 Circle Lane, Albany, NY 12203

02/23/15 by Tommyredbones:
I know this probably looks ridiculous that I just gave five-star ratings for everything, but it is my honest opinion. I truly have no complaints since the moment I arrived. I moved into Stonehenge 2 1/2 years ago and everything has exceeded my expectations. Some of my favorite aspects of the apartment complex include the spacious living quarters, the ample supply of heat which is also included in more

Woodlake Apartments

Woodlake Road, Albany, NY 12203

02/25/15 by anonymous:
I lived at Woodlake for close to 5 years with my wife. I found the facilities excellent, the grounds beautiful and the staff easy to work with. The apartment size and utilities were perfect for a small family. Plus we had a balcony with a view of a lake. The pool was a huge plus during the summer as well. Maintanance was always timely and helpful. I would highly recommend the Woodlake apartment more

Historic Knickerbocker Apartments

175 Jay Street, Albany, NY 12210

01/25/15 by anonymous:
I am a senior currently attending one of the local private colleges in the area. I lived in the dorms/college suites for two years before deciding to strike it one my own off campus. The Knickerbocker fit my price requirements, $600 all utilities included, for a small studio apartment. For one person without a lot of stuff, the space is perfect. I have a small kitchen area with all working units, more

With the way the economy is you just can't get better bang for your buck.....my apartment has a large living space, when something breaks usually I get a new appliance( dishwasher ect), snow removal has never been better. Christine who wks in the office takes such ownership in how the property is run and treats more

Harmony Hill Apartments

15 Harmony Hill Drive, Albany, NY 12203

I have had an excellent experience living at Harmony Hill for the past four years. The apartments are roomy. I have the largest kitchen you have ever seen in an apartment. The rent is reasonable with heat and hot water included. The appliances are all in great condition. However, I would prefer stainless. The staff is always very friendly and the snow removal has been prompt. Overall, I more

Basement flooded twice, oven did not work and was never fixed, high energy cost, extorted about $2000 from us between security deposit (didn't provide two months notice that we were leaving at the end of the lease....) and court fees (If you are two weeks late on rent....once......they take you to court.) more

Towers of Colonie

420 Sand Creek Road, Albany, NY 12205

02/21/15 by Daniel Jason:
I have lived at the Towers of Colonie for three years. I visited almost 10 apartment buildings and complexes when moving to Albany. The Towers of Colonie had by far the best location, grounds, amenities, and overall apartment layout in the Capitol region. I highly suggest it to anyone moving to the Albany area for a safe, clean, and enjoyable living experience. The staff from day one was extremely more

Loudon Arms Apartments

16B Old Hickory Drive, Albany, NY 12204

11/17/14 by anonymous:
I have lived in Loudon Arms for almost two years and for the most part i was content with my stay. You can definitely stay at some worse places in the area and feel threatened while you walk down the street. At Loudon Arms i felt very safe walking along the side walks, or walking to the local plaza. I see complaints about parking and noise, and for the most part that is true. Parking can be a more
