Stonehenge Garden Apartments

9 Circle Lane, Albany, NY 12203

03/26/15 by anonymous:
From the grounds crew to the office staff, the folks at Stonehenge truly care about their tenants. It is a beautiful complex that doesn't even feel like a complex. It is true to the "gardens" name; the ivy is meticulously manicured. It is a comfortable, safe, walkable neighborhood where families and friends enjoy meeting. It is a lucky person who calls Stonehenge home! more

Woodlake Apartments

Woodlake Road, Albany, NY 12203

I moved in Harmony Hill apartments, which are proprety of the same owners of Woodlake Apartments. I love the neighborhood, it feels extremly safe, and comfortable, too! It is within just a few minutes of distance from all the main Albany hot spots: malls, universities, restaurants, you name it! What is extremely fantastic is the management: they are on top of all your requests, extremely kind and more

Harmony Hill Apartments

15 Harmony Hill Drive, Albany, NY 12203

First the positives: Great location, grounds are well maintained, apartments look nice (from the outside), plenty of parking. Maintenance is reliable. Negatives: Apartments were built like COMPLETE CRAP. The internal workings of the buildings are absolutely awful. During the winter months our heat broke at least a dozen times... we also had a GAS LEAK in our building. How scary is that? Other more

Tivoli Park Apartments

469 Livingston Avenue, Albany, NY 12206

03/01/15 by DJfamily:
I have live at Tivoli park for 3 years (2009 through late 2011). I was going through some financial dificulties and needed an affordable place to stay. The trade off was way too high for the price. In sum the place itself was't the worst. who am I kidding? Yes IT WAS!!! it was indeed the worst I have rented: - Lots of rats in the walls (When you call the office the only stop by with cheap glu more

Alexander at patroon creek

255 Patroon Creek Blvd., Albany, NY 12206

03/31/15 by anonymous:
Lived at the Alexander for three years before moving to the west coast. This complex is by far the best place to live in the Albany area. It is well maintained and it offers great amenities, including both an in-door/out-door pool and a fully equipped gym that even offers diverse classes, such as spinning and yoga. The management team was always friendly and quick to help. Additionally, its in a more

Adams Park

6 Weis Road, Albany, NY 12208

Basement flooded twice, oven did not work and was never fixed, high energy cost, extorted about $2000 from us between security deposit (didn't provide two months notice that we were leaving at the end of the lease....) and court fees (If you are two weeks late on rent....once......they take you to court.) more

Towers of Colonie

420 Sand Creek Road, Albany, NY 12205

05/07/15 by jameshall1988:
horrible place, the stuff there are so rude. The managers in the office are the rudest people I've ever met. The one sitting next to the entrance door to the office looked at me as if I walked in off the street, then asked me what she had to do in a really snarky tone and finally dismissed my maintenance request as being overly-critical... well if I'm paying $1020 for a two-BEDROOM more

Historic Knickerbocker Apartments

175 Jay Street, Albany, NY 12210

Turn around and run! Noisy, electricity goes out all the time, cockroaches, mice, heat and hot water is unpredictable. Need I say more? more

Loudon Arms Apartments

16B Old Hickory Drive, Albany, NY 12204

11/17/14 by anonymous:
I have lived in Loudon Arms for almost two years and for the most part i was content with my stay. You can definitely stay at some worse places in the area and feel threatened while you walk down the street. At Loudon Arms i felt very safe walking along the side walks, or walking to the local plaza. I see complaints about parking and noise, and for the most part that is true. Parking can be a more
