Dutch Village

Van Rensselaer Boulevard, Albany, NY 12204

11/04/14 by anonymous:
I loved living in Dutch Village. I lived there from 2010-2014, only needing to move out because I got a new job in northern New York. I lived in the older apartments and after my husband moved in with me, we soon upgraded to one of the newer units. The grounds were always beautifully manicured, the maintenance crew was attentive, respectful, and efficient, and Joan, our rental manager, was more

I have had a studio at Stonehenge Garden Apartments for the last year and half and its not only a great apartment but the atmosphere of the complex is very comfortable as well. I've lived @ Woodlake Apartment for 2 yrs. I loved my apartment, the location, the staff. I've made 2-3 calls a year for service & it was handled fast, easy & convenient for me. The management had my keys & I didn't have to stay home for any work that had to be done. The snow & leaves were cleaned on time. There is always 24/7 service on call. If the neighbor played loud music & more

I'm a twenty year resident at Seventeen hundred designer residencies. With the way the economy is you just can't get better bang for your buck.....my apartment has a large living space, when something breaks usually I get a new appliance( dishwasher ect), snow removal has never been better. Christine who wks in the office takes such ownership in how the property is run and treats more

Alexander at patroon creek

255 Patroon Creek Blvd., Albany, NY 12206

05/10/14 by Renter19929:
I moved in about a month ago, and I'm generally pleased with the apartment. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained, and the maintenance staff is impeccable. I once called management to put in a request and had a maintenance guy stop by 2 minutes after I hung up the phone! There are a couple negatives. 1) Storage. The closets here are very small, and I've had to get creative. 2) more

Historic Knickerbocker Apartments

175 Jay Street, Albany, NY 12210

09/26/14 by Auletris:
I moved into the Knickerbocker in August 2014 and so far have had a very positive experience. There is staff on the property constantly fixing and monitoring things. Dan replies to my emails within 24 hours always, and often he replies just a few hours later. When the battery went out in my smoke detector in the middle of the night I had a new one the next morning. Some of my neighbors are more

Adams Park

6 Weis Road, Albany, NY 12208

Basement flooded twice, oven did not work and was never fixed, high energy cost, extorted about $2000 from us between security deposit (didn't provide two months notice that we were leaving at the end of the lease....) and court fees (If you are two weeks late on rent....once......they take you to court.) more

Towers of Colonie

420 Sand Creek Road, Albany, NY 12205

12/19/14 by anonymous:
This place has a significant problem with mice. Many residents have them. There have even been complaints about mice doing damage to cars in the garages. One new tenant even saw mice in his apartment as he was moving in. Management's approach is that when you complain, first the office manager will give you a look like she thinks you are lying. Then she will rudely tell you that she will more

Loudon Arms Apartments

16B Old Hickory Drive, Albany, NY 12204

11/17/14 by anonymous:
I have lived in Loudon Arms for almost two years and for the most part i was content with my stay. You can definitely stay at some worse places in the area and feel threatened while you walk down the street. At Loudon Arms i felt very safe walking along the side walks, or walking to the local plaza. I see complaints about parking and noise, and for the most part that is true. Parking can be a more
