As someone who went through a messy divorce, I understand the stresses of finding a new apartment. To anyone looking, I would highly recomend this building. While they may not be the most modern apartments, the charm of the building, setting and most important, the people will far outweigh any lack of convienences. The owners go out of their way to make sure everyone feels that they have a home and not just a place to live. From having parties in the building lobby to inviting you to their Easter dinner, they just can't do enough to make it a good experience. The owners are always stiving to improve the building, and with the addition of a convienence store next to the lobby, they really show that making the building a great place to live is their foremost priority.
