My biggest complaint is the leasing office staff. They are very incompetent - every time I go in, there is a group of girls, on their phone, chit chatting. They don't acknowledge me until I say something first. They can't answer any questions, and when they do, they contradict themselves constantly. The company could save money by firing them. Furthermore, in regards to my security deposit, instead of calling me back like they said they would, they leave a letter in the middle of the hallway addressed to me. Common courtesy would be to call me back like you said you would or at least slip the letter under my door since it is in regards to my money. The apt itself is ok, a bit run down, very thin walls. The maintenance staff is great, very nice people. The leasing office staff need to get off their high horse and actually do some work. I have to say, Jim is knowledgeable, but inconsistent with his statements. And that would make anyone mad when it has to do with their money. I am so glad I'm out of here!!!
