I was hoping to rent an apartment at Country Club Manor, I have friends that have lived here and they all had really nice things to say. I looked last year and they didn't have any, so I had to rent elsewhere. Same thing this year, no two bedroom apartments available not even any to show. Which was find cause I saw them last year, but the office lady took my name down and told me she'd more

I agree with some of the comments but like anything else it has its bad and good points. I've only been living here for 7 months and I had to change apartments due to the disturbing noises and still had something to deal with but the matter was resolved. It is a convenient area the library right down the street and I especially like the parks and restaurants. I also rely on public more

I wish I could give "Staff" a negative score. I don't think there actually is any management, just a shadowy underground organization. The students they hire to run the front desk run from untrained and uninformed to outright incompetent. On every occasion where I was incorrectly billed for something (and it does happen often), my emails were either ignored outright, or, once, I more

DO NOT RENT FROM Linden. I lived in a property owned by linden properties elsewhere. They are HORRIBLE. They never fix anything, they lie about everything, add fees here and there for no reason, they are rude, the landlord even hung up on me when my neighbors were out of control and he told me I was "free to call the police" and just hung up. Im convinced they don't do any sort of more

I lived here for a year and loved it. Wonderful old building (through it does come with some of the issues old buildings have like poor insulation) with fantastic views of the city, friendly staff and residents, etc. Occasional problems were usually fixed pretty quickly. I would still be here if I hadn't left Buffalo. more

The Lofts at Elk Terminal

230 Scott Street, Buffalo, NY 14204

There are a ton of pros to living at the Elk Terminal. Downtown living with the ability to have parking included in your rent and free guest parking. Also, the ability (no matter if you are a first or second floor to tenant) to utilize patio space to set up furniture, grill, etc. Great community atmosphere and in close proximity to the First Niagara Center, Harbor Center and downtown restaurants. more

I just recently left Ivybrooke and miss living there. The maintenance Dept was so helpful and professional. The peace and quiet of Ivybrooke is missed. I loved being able to have cats while living there. I felt that I was very well taken care of. I would recommend living at Ivybrooke Crossing. I am grateful for the time I had there. more

You do not want to deal with this company. One of the staff members had a tendency to come in and out of my apartment whenever he felt like it without telling me. I would realize somebody had been inside because something had been moved. When I asked, he said he was checking on something that I had complained about earlier. What a violation. He acted like he did nothing wrong. Very freaky. The more

Inside the apartments are not so bad, except for the fact there is no air conditioning for in the summer. The heating is also locked so that it does not go above a certain temperature, one that the apartment never reaches in the winter because of the giant windows and the drafts that come from every edge of the walls in the apartment. Expect to wear winter coats indoors or invest in many space more
