2130 ACP is an amazing concierge building and I'm so excited I found this apartment. So happy to have a complete set of amenities in my apartment and in the building, and convenience to transport and my gym. It's perfect, quiet!, and exactly what I was looking for. more

Barclay Tower

10 Barclay Street, New York, NY 10007

Ok first off this building is amazing when it comes to amenities and quality of fixtures, finishes, etc. Plus the apartments are quite spacious. Location-wise, you can't do much better. I mean, it's Tribeca, one of the wealthiest areas in the city, the country, and the world. * Every subway line in the city is 1-3 minutes away walking distance * 1 block from several citi bike stations more

The Sagamore

189 West 89th Street, New York, NY 10024

A real disappointment. The staff is friendly but ultimately cannot keep up with the modest requests made of them. The management office is aloof and unresponsive. The gym equipment is very dated. I would encourage you to visit any number of other buildings to see how they are managed. more

Been here a year and a half, and I've seen the management change over from Rose to Bozzuto management, and I feel it has been a change for the better. I've always felt the building staff were a friendly group of people from the doormen to the porters and valet, (of course, some are friendlier than others). And they all love dogs! Overall, it's been quite pleasant. Bozzuto more

I've lived at the Atlas for about a year now ! I just renewed! :) Last spring a lot was going on for me and I found myself in a unique situation. Liza bent over backwards sympathizing with me and after touring BOTH of her buildings - helped me find a new home that I LOVED! At my renewal I received a personal phone call and it made me feel valued here at Atlas NY. The leasing girls and staff more

The Balton

311 W 127th st, New York, NY 10027

It is a blessing to leave at The Balton. However, security issues should be monitor more closely. The laundry room still needs a lot of work. The office staff always welcome you and take notes of your necessities. I would like my dog have access to the backyard at least in a very small area so you can go and read and take sun with your pet. Thanks. more

Peter Cooper Village Apartments

252 First Avenue, New York, NY 10009

08/24/14 by d2nyc:
Peter Cooper and Stuyvesant Town are institutions and rites of passage for newcomers to New York City. I knew this places years ago, when the properties were changing hands practically every few months, but after years of mismanagement and problems, the word on the street is that the new management has really improved things at PCST. The pros: -hugely spacious units -affordable -community more
