2130 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, New York, NY 10027

Everyone (super, doormen/woman) is extremely pleasant and wonderful! They are all always eager to help. Building is very quiet and beautiful. Close to many subway and bus lines. Rent is a bit high for the area but overall a good deal. The only complaint is our dryer was not working when we moved in. It was needing a new belt and had to be ordered. more

Barclay Tower

Ok first off this building is amazing when it comes to amenities and quality of fixtures, finishes, etc. Plus the apartments are quite spacious. Location-wise, you can't do much better. I mean, it's Tribeca, one of the wealthiest areas in the city, the country, and the world. * Every subway line in the city is 1-3 minutes away walking distance * 1 block from several citi bike stations more

The Sagamore

A real disappointment. The staff is friendly but ultimately cannot keep up with the modest requests made of them. The management office is aloof and unresponsive. The gym equipment is very dated. I would encourage you to visit any number of other buildings to see how they are managed. more

Been here a year and a half, and I've seen the management change over from Rose to Bozzuto management, and I feel it has been a change for the better. I've always felt the building staff were a friendly group of people from the doormen to the porters and valet, (of course, some are friendlier than others). And they all love dogs! Overall, it's been quite pleasant. Bozzuto more

I've lived at the Atlas for about a year now ! I just renewed! :) Last spring a lot was going on for me and I found myself in a unique situation. Liza bent over backwards sympathizing with me and after touring BOTH of her buildings - helped me find a new home that I LOVED! At my renewal I received a personal phone call and it made me feel valued here at Atlas NY. The leasing girls and staff more

Riverbank West

Riverbank West is a great place to live. The only thing lacking that new neighborhood buildings have is unit laundry. My only complaint is that they seem so desperate to compete that they waste money on useless things like remodeling the elevators and fountain. As a result my rent has skyrocketed. more

If you love walking through several piles of vomit most mornings and being kept wide awake by the vile people pouring out of the FIVE clubs on this extra-dirty, trash-strewn block several night per week until 4am, then this crazily overpriced building is for you. We are moving shortly and counting down the days. PS- I almost forgot! If you love screaming, violent fights and sirens waking you up more

Peter Cooper Village Apartments

Peter Cooper and Stuyvesant Town are institutions and rites of passage for newcomers to New York City. I knew this places years ago, when the properties were changing hands practically every few months, but after years of mismanagement and problems, the word on the street is that the new management has really improved things at PCST. The pros: -hugely spacious units -affordable -community more

We're starting our 5th year here and strongly recommend. It is a wonderful, family-friendly, happy place with great management. Last night the building staged a movie-and-popcorn night for tenants in the garden area showing Singin in the Rain on a jumbo screen. A brilliant, beautiful night that was greatly enjoyed by my 7-year-old. Senada and Joleen in the management office are very more
