I loved living at Winton Village. My lease is up in February and frankly, I'm sad to go. As a single person, the rent is just not doable.
There were a lot of pros about the apartment. It was very clean and maintenance is prompt and courteous. It's on a busline, which is nice because I don't drive. All the appliances are updated and it's very 'new looking'. I loved the top floor the best--less noise. Very safe! Someone left a flat screen tv (brand new in a box) in the hall for over a month and no one messed with it!
However, some things I didn't like were
~For the price, you would think there would be a secure entry.
~The playground is very small. My daughter is 4 and would be bored after 30min.
~The washer/dryer were constantly broken.
~Noise rules were not followed (people playing loud music in the lot at 4am, people outside screaming, etc.). My building was fairly quiet though.
Overall, I loved it here. I'd recommend it to anyone who can afford it.
