Beware !!!
The only thing nice about living here is location. When it's cold outside you feel it inside, you'll have to invest in a few space heaters. The windows seep onto the sill and leak all over your countertops.Every window in the apartment builds up mold and mildew forā¦Ā See More >anonymous

BUGS!!
I have lived in Grant Village for almost a year now moving in last October. When I first moved in I noticed these black and orange beetles both inside and outside my apartment. I had never seen this particular bug before, and havingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

If you have a job, trust me, you can do better...

Well, it's cheap...
I have been a resident for 2 years. I first lived in an old, small 1BR -- it was horrible. I unfortunately did not get to see it before moving in, and it was SO small I could barely move. Not toā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't Rent Here!!!!
Living in Grant Village Apartments feels as though you are living in public assisted housing. You can hear your neighbors in the building in adjacent buildings. The complex does not force its noise ordinace. I had neighbors blasting music at all times of the night.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Horrible
I lived at Grant Village for a year..and the time did not go by fast enough. It's cheap if you're just looking for something temporary and don't have a lot of money to spend. At least they are paying for heat, because the windows areā¦Ā See More >anonymous
