1. No Immediate attention to maintenance requests.It will take months to get your request done. 2. The apartments are getting too old...The wooden flooring is giving creaky sound in almost all the apartments. 3. The Leasing policies are not in favour of tenants and they are very rigid coming to lease agreements..This will definitely create problem for short term tenants who want to stay less than a year. 4. They have stopped the concept of 'Sublease'; If somebody has to go before their lease end time, they have to pay hefty amounts for lease breakage, agin this lease breakage policy is just to Grab money from Tenants.Also there is NO SHORT TERM lease now. Everybody have to take 1 year lease only. 5. The Air Conditioner Systems are too old and not at all effective in Summer and the Exhaust fans are noisy and very ineffective giving big sound, but no work. 6. There is not proper logic behind increase in the Rents,term-to-term, whenever the lease is extended...The increase is also not uniform for all apartments..They will put the rent amount after lease renewal at their wish.. Absolutely non-considerative lease agreement and breakage policies... Currently there is no lease extension less than a year(12 months), if somebody have lo move out of the apt before the lease, they will end up paying hefty amounts.. this is again at the mercy of the management. 7. The tenants are complaining about all the above problems time and again, but the management is not responsive and considerative towards tenants problems and grievances.The Tenants are always at the mercy of the apt management. 8. Two years back the management was so good, but now the management has changed and making things worse, day-by-day. 9. The management changes 'community policies' very frequently,as they wish. 10. So, Personally I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "Country Manor" community apartments to new comers.

    Thank you for your recent input about Country Manor Apartments. We always welcome residentĆ¢??s feedback as we try to make Country Manor the best value for residents in Webster. We value each residentĆ¢??s comments and concerns and at no time would any of the staff purposely respond anonymously to an apartment review whether the feedback is positive or negative. I apologize you donĆ¢??t agree with our policies, procedures and leasing terms. I would be happy to discuss your concerns with you at a later time if you would like. Unfortunately, we do have policies and procedures in place for a reason; we do treat everyone fairly and equally, even though sometimes the policies put into place may not work with the current situation of the resident. Please remember that the Leasing Office is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
