1.) The apartments come fully furnished with a couch, chair, and a big-screen TV in the living room. In all the individual bedrooms, a bed frame, desk, TV stand, and two drawers for clothes are provided. The closets in the bedrooms are also really big, and I have extra storage room to put some of my other things in my closet. All of the furniture in the bedroom fits really well together and can be more

I lived at Winthrop Terrance Apt for over 2 years and it was ok for the most part but more and more issues were coming up which are listed below, the management company that took it over doesn't really seemed to be that concerned about their residents, or what they have to say, they really don't do anything about any complaints that you have issues with they just say ok and we'll more

I have been living at The Enclave for 2 years now. I came in with a group of friends and have enjoyed my living experience so far. Furniture is supplied at no extra cost, there is no fee for a parking pass or for the gym. You have to bring your own paper to the computer lab, but they supply the ink. It's a bout a mile from campus, but there is a free shuttle that takes us to and from more

Copper Beech Townhomes

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! You may be enticed by Copper Beech's relatively cheap rent, but it is not worth the trouble. They WILL keep your security deposit regardless of how nice of condition you leave the apartment, which in our case was better than what we moved into. When we moved in, there was still barf on the futon, nasty grease on the mattresses and the stove was disgusting (among plenty of more

Varsity Square Apartments

I lived in Varsity Square for four years and it was the perfect place for us to live. Lee is easily one of the nicest people in BG and was a great guide for a young married couple making a huge move. One of the best parts of Varsity Square is that it is further away from downtown. My spouse and I walked downtown at least once a week, but being further away from all of the chaos of the bar more

Millikin Hotel

103 S. Main St., Bowling Green, OH 43402

I loved living in the Millikin Hotel. My rent was $335 for a studio. The year I lived there, I made friends with about five of the neighbors, all very cool people. There are only 30 apartments in the building so it feels comfortable. My studio had a new kitchenette, a hotel-style heater/airconditioner that was very effective, and my only bill was electric which was about $25 a more

Shamrock Village Condominiums

I couldn't find the studio apartment listing, but the Condos and the Studios are pretty much the same group. I searched high and low for information regarding BG apartments prior to my move in as a graduate student. I was looking for something that was affordable, clean, professional staff, and overall somewhere that I could call home while having my brains blown to bits from more

Stadium View Apartments

Moved into the apartment in 2006. At the time they just upgraded all bedrooms and kitchens to have ceiling fans. A month after I moved it they went around and replaced all the doors (bedrooms, bathrooms, closets) in every unit free of charge. They replace the central air filters twice a year (free as well). I've only run into a few maintenance issues and every time they had it fixed more

Sycamore Square Apartments

Sycamore Square Apartments are great! I lived here for two years while completing my masters. The landlords are great. Nice, friendly, and take care of things. The maintenance was great. 24 hour maintenance goes right to the landlords and like I said before they are excellent. The only downfall is they are located right by the train tracks and the trains are quite loud... But after a month or two, more

Summit Terrace Apartments

I had a nine month lease with this apartment and moved from Copper Beech. The apartment is a bit smaller than Copper Beech, but overall so, so much better. Off the top of my head, I cannot think of anything that went bad with this place. Occasionally you might hear some loud voices, but normally only on the weekends. It's a college town so what do you expect? As long as it's not a more
