Nice place! I got a newer unit, and everything worked well. There is a potential for loud noises from other units, but that was minimal for me specifically. The internet speed is roughly 10 MB/sec (cooking fast); Torrenting is unregulated, which rocks. It does seem to be capped at around 512 KB/sec, but is still there. I personally haven't seen any copyright letters, so I assume that more

I lived at Winthrop Terrance Apt for over 2 years and it was ok for the most part but more and more issues were coming up which are listed below, the management company that took it over doesn't really seemed to be that concerned about their residents, or what they have to say, they really don't do anything about any complaints that you have issues with they just say ok and we'll more

Started off fine until the new management took over and it became "The Edge." They decided to replace all the furniture and carpet while we were still living there rather than waiting for us to vacate, which meant for a few days we were literally living out of our cars. The maintenance crew took forever to come fix problems and when we confronted the new management, their only response more

I lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. I was in a 3 bedroom, and I knew my roommates (not a random selection). The space is amazing! So big.The price was also reasonable; not low but not high. If you can find good roommates, it's worth it. Having my own bathroom was AMAZING. The pet policy is good if you have a dog. I never used any of the facilities, so those were kind of a waste of more

Where do I start. Maintence is pathetic!!!!! Dumber than a box of rocks. Never plowed worth crap. Landlord lied about it. I left for work with a foot of snow that night..came back..nothing had been done. People look in our windows constantly! Nosey neighbors who brown nose the landlord. Neighbor overdosed on heroin and they went and got the landlord at 430am as she lives on sight. Air condition more

This was my first apartment, and I lived there for a year. I had a two bedroom with a random person I knew from school. Overall it's extremely affordable and decently sized. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but you got used to it. There was this weird guy (who 3 years later is still there) who sits outside and just...watches people. It's strange. He never did anything, just more

I loved living in the Millikin Hotel. My rent was $335 for a studio. The year I lived there, I made friends with about five of the neighbors, all very cool people. There are only 30 apartments in the building so it feels comfortable. My studio had a new kitchenette, a hotel-style heater/airconditioner that was very effective, and my only bill was electric which was about $25 a more

I couldn't find the studio apartment listing, but the Condos and the Studios are pretty much the same group. I searched high and low for information regarding BG apartments prior to my move in as a graduate student. I was looking for something that was affordable, clean, professional staff, and overall somewhere that I could call home while having my brains blown to bits from more

Moved into the apartment in 2006. At the time they just upgraded all bedrooms and kitchens to have ceiling fans. A month after I moved it they went around and replaced all the doors (bedrooms, bathrooms, closets) in every unit free of charge. They replace the central air filters twice a year (free as well). I've only run into a few maintenance issues and every time they had it fixed more

Sycamore Square Apartments are great! I lived here for two years while completing my masters. The landlords are great. Nice, friendly, and take care of things. The maintenance was great. 24 hour maintenance goes right to the landlords and like I said before they are excellent. The only downfall is they are located right by the train tracks and the trains are quite loud... But after a month or two, more
