No complains for The Estates at Fernview! The area is quiet and peaceful, for the price of the apartments you can't go wrong. Cindy, the property manager, tries her best to keep tenants happy with their stay. more

The location is wonderful. Easy access to downtown, the banks and OTR, so you are connected to multiple places. The building is nice and the size of a one bedroom is perfect for urban living. The pool and parking are also great to have in the same building. more

I visit my friend who move in about 3 weeks ago and I was very please and really like there apartment. I could believe the size of the apartment and that they have a lot of amenities that aren't found in an apartment. I am looking forward to moving there when my lease ends at my current community. more

A wonderfully situated, spacious, apartment complex right downtown with caring staff, well-maintained facilities, beautiful pool. There are incredibly fast responses to our very few maintenance requests and they were resolved completely. I love being able to quickly walk to Fountain Square, OTR, and the Banks/Riverfront area. more

I felt in love with this luxury apartment complex during my first visit on a rainy day. The smile on the staff's face made me feel so welcome. Now I have moved in for a month, and I enjoy everything in this community. The maintenance team is friendly, professional, energetic, and extremely responsive. On the move-in day, I requested a few work orders. To my surprise, everything repair has been more

I am very happy with my loft style apartment located downtown Cincinnati. Great location. I can walk to many restaurants and event. I have beautiful big windows! It also has a nice balance of hard wood floors and carpet. In apartment washer & dryer and a balcony would make this place absolutely prefect! more

It has been a good experience overall. Just wish we had a washer and dryer hook up in this townehome. Sometimes the pool is a bit cold even on really warm days but has been better in the last couple years. Otherwise has been a good area to live and the rent is reasonable. more

I've lived in the building since it opened in 2002. I enjoy living here and will continue to renew my lease. I've seen changes in the "community", both good and bad since living here. I truly enjoy living downtown and this building meets my needs. more

I am relocating from Minneapolis mid November for a new job so I have been looking for places to live when I come to town. I wanted to give some feedback on my interaction with Jamie Hollis, a representative with Towne Properties. She was great to work with and very prompt. I'm not able to tour anything before my move. I was very impressed that Jamie was willing to be accommodative to my more

This complex is fair at best. I have had too many bugs in my apartment...more than expected. However, the deal-breaker for me is the management is trying to raise my rent by $50 this year! That is ridiculous. I can find a nicer place for that price. I suggest that other people look elsewhere for a place to live. more
