Estates at Fernview

2587 Fernview Court, Cincinnati, OH 45212

08/29/15 by Graceysmith:
My husband and I lived in Fernview for three years, and we had the best experience and the sweetest memories of our first home! We would have lived there if we were not to move to another state for school. We miss Fernview after we moved, and we couldn't find any place like Fernview! First of all, we love the ranch style home--very private with very little noise. The home is very cozy just more

Very safe and fun community for young adults. I have never had trouble with meeting people or finding things to do since moving here. The staff is incredibly helpful and there are never any issues with getting things fixed. The location is incredibly convenient, both for work and play. more

Galbraith Pointe Apartments

8240 Galbraith Pointe Lane, Cincinnati, OH 45231

I just moved into Galbraith Pointe Apts. a week ago. I love my spacious two bedroom, 2 full bath apt. I have received compliments on how nice it is by family and friends. I enjoyed the pool and it has a nice basketball court, picnic area, and playground. Not happy about the full size stackable washer and dryer that is NOT in my unit. I was told it would be here when I moved in and it is not here more

Groton Lofts

704 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

08/03/15 by Verified Resident:
The Groton Lofts is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the heart of downtown Cincinnati and within walking distance of The Banks and OTR. Parking is probably the biggest problem for a renter as the parking lot is secure and covered but it is across the street. more

Great community in a fantastic location downtown. Excellent maintenance staff and office staff, with a great community gym. Feels a little empty, however, we never see other residents. Safety is a little touch and go due to neighborhood, but the building has controlled entrance which helps. more

Hilltop Apartments

5601 Viewpointe Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45213

08/31/15 by anonymous:
Hilltop is a secluded quiet complex . It's clean, but sometimes it can get messy with trash along the pathway up the hill and sometimes in back areas of apartments. This is what visitors see first, don't want them get the wrong idea. Be nice fix that problem. We were getting monthly newsletters which I thought was very informative:) Hope to get them again. It is pricey, but Ms. more

I've lived in the building since it opened in 2002. I enjoy living here and will continue to renew my lease. I've seen changes in the "community", both good and bad since living here. I truly enjoy living downtown and this building meets my needs. more

Olde Montgomery

7950 Village Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45242

I absolutely love Olde Montgomery. I was looking for a place to live that was larger than the average apartment so I am in a 2 bedroom townhouse. It is like living in a house. The grounds around the property are beautifully kept. Lots of green grass to walk my dogs & 2 big lakes with geese & ducks. There are trails around the property &small woods as well for walks. It is literally right off of more
