On a scale of 1-10, I give Colonial Ridge a 10. The complex is comfortable, secure and well maintained. Robin Williams, the manager, I'll give her a 10 also. Whenever I have a concern, she'll return your call quickly, and have any maintenance issues addressed immediately. She is wonderful. I lived in Colonial Ridge 10 years ago, but unfortunately lost my job, and had to move out. I was very glad to return over two years ago. Because Colonial Ridge offers everything I'm willing to pay my rent money for - a peaceful, well kept home, I plan on living here for the next 20 years. The rent is expensive, but you get what you pay for. To me, its worth every dollar, coming home to Colonial Ridge. And the maintenance man, I can't think of his name. He's an older black man, is one of the hardest working people I've ever seen. And I appreciate his hard work, and Robin's consistent professionalism while working with the tenants. If Colonial Ridge would change, conditions changed, I'd be the first person to move out. The property is nice, the manager and maintenance personnel, get it done. Without them, it might just be, another apartment complex, with unhappy tenants. It's not like that here. And I thank them. To reiterate, I LOVE, LOVE, Colonial Ridge.
