Just OK - a place to live and that´s it
When you first look the place, it looks great because the leasing agent is sure to show you a brand new unit - never lived in before, everything is super clean.

After you´ve lived here (I´ve been here for a month now) you release how cheap everything is. The carpet is ridiculously cheap. Press on it with you finger and your finger goes right to the backing material. The appliances are pretty much the cheapest ones they could find. Turn on the dishwasher and it sounds like a jet plane taking off. The construction is cheap as well. Don´t be fooled by looking at the exterior which looks great. The sound from the footsteps from the upstairs apartment goes right down to us.

Basically all show and no substance.

We careful which unit you get. Most have excellent views of busy roads.

The construction noise sucks as well, but the contruction will end in 11/2003.
