Not so PICKY, PICKY, PICKY

On the business cards it reads PICKY PICKY PICKY.. I´m not so much a Picky person, and neither are they!!!

In the back of the complex, (where no one comes unless they live there or a visitor), there is no grass, poorly lit, and a huge pond (if you want to call it that) that they just filled in.

Mold has grown in closets. All they have done is looked at it and said it didn´t look so bad (it wasn´t coming out of the wall yet). Upon move in when the building was complete in April of 03, all of the doors in the apartment needed fixed (did not close).

Overall a great layout for an apartment (beautifully laid out)very spacious. Wonderful kitchen (that is what sold us). The outside craftmanship is awful, already have had them come out to fix a bad leak outside on our patio (which is rocks, not paved).

The kind of money they are asking for is out of this world. They did rush things to get people in the apartments, which is why every thing is put together poorly.

Oh yeah, gated community? NOPE!! They have gates, but they have not worked one day, we have gate openers for our cars though!!!!!

My suggestion is not to live here! I sure won´t be renewing my lease!!!!!

Also, it just started to snow, have they shoveled?? Not in my area, and I have stair to go up and down!!!
