Resident 2004 - 2010

7/17/2010

Recently, the neighborhood is very ------ like. It doesn t take but a few rotten apples to spoil the neighborhood, unfortunately, there seems to be a whole orchard of rotten apples living here. In all fairness to management the break-ins are happening in the entire area. The police were here on Friday July 16th, probably drug or domestic violence related. There are a large group of teens that act like a gang here in the hood. This group was throwing fire crackers on top of cars and in exhaust pipes and on top of cars in addition to hanging on porch ledges. Items have been stolen out of our car. My fathers car and my car has been dented or scratched with a key on more then one occasion in the parking lot. Management is very friendly and service oriented but there isn t much they can do unless they hire a full time security guard to clean up the rotten apples. In some area s little or no consideration is for the quality of life for residents. The snow removal was very poor and in many cases did more harm. I m sure there were budgetary considerations involved in hiring the snow removal crew. The gates surrounding the place for the past several years have been either broken on multiple occasions or cars have plowed into them. I always enjoyed the quote, give not thy rotten orange to your friend. At the moment, I wouldn t recommended this rotten orange of apartment complexes to my friends or in even my worst enemies.
