The apartments are a nice size, with a decent sized kitchen, newer appliances, and a large bathroom. The interior stairs and hallways make it safe. There is also a pool and a larger than normal (for an apartment complex) gym. I've never had issues with the staff, but I know people who have.

No matter what the staff says, YOU DO NOT GET USED TO THE TRAINS! They go by all the time, day and night, and are very noisy. Plus if you dare leave your windows open, you not only get the noise but dirt from the trains in your apartment. The place is too expensive for the area too. You also have to give 60 days notice to move out. I recommend it if you are ok with VERY NOISY trains or can get an apartment facing the other direction.
