My experience has been ok this far. I don't like how the rent increases with each renewal, because with some of the conditions of parts of the building and my apartment it's not worth it. Jackie needs to do better with being sociable and professional more

We have been living in this complex since 1999. We have always enjoyed living in Centerville and in this complex. The complex is always well maintained and the management staff is great! The complex has community "Pub Clubs" once a month which creates a real sense of "community" with our neighbors. more

Since the time I entered this Riverstone apartment, I have had good experience with the staff. They are very kind and professional. I liked the way they respond quickly to your request and how they are trustworthy people. When I travel out of state and forget something in my room, I feel free to call the staff and request them to open my room and give what I need from my room to one of my friends more

This place was okay at first (I moved in this past winter). The utilities are wayy to expensive.. nearly $200 to heat a studio up to 65 degrees, but I can deal with that for a year or so. What I can not deal with is the insane and terrifying amount of carpenter bees!! Since it got warm it is absolutely CRAZY the amount of bees all over the complex. My friends refuse to come visit me, and more

I've been living at harbour club for a little over a year and really love it. The people in the office have always been kind and helpful and any minor issues I've had in my apartment were always taken care of pretty quickly. The location is great..there's a lot of stuff to do around here and kroger is right across the street, which is nice. I haven't had any issues with any of more

The Cannery Lofts is hands down the best communinity in Dayton. On Tuesday of this week they just finished uograding their already impressive gym with what lols to be over $20,000 worth of new equipment! I haven't had a gym membership since I moved into this community in 2013 which saves me about $45 a month, and now, I guarantee those who did have a gym membership or work out on base that more

I lived there for 7 months. If you want to refund your security deposit, this palce is not the right place. They will not refund your deposit even you you left the unit better than first day that you came in. more

This is my second address that is owned by the Connor-group and I cannot wait to get out! From the outside, the place looks nice. From the inside, the place is cheap. Halls are always dirty, lights are always out (which you pay for in your "common electric fee" of about $9 dollars a month). Utilities are a joke here! You have to pay for cable and internet that has gone up from $84.99 to more
