I manage property in the worst neigborhood in Cincinnati, my property is only as good a the surrounding community. But I know the area where Tyler Creek is located and it's absurb that the Manager or Management Company has crime in this area, The area is basically rural and the surrounding communities are blue to white collar areas. My suggestion is that the residents start a community committee and meet with Management and discuss concerns they have and force Management to either hire off duty seucrity to patrol the area and revise the tenant selection criteria and basically hold residents accountable for their actions as well as their guest(s). This is unexcusable and basically showing me that occupancy is more important then the well being of the residents.
